This is the third time I have flown from Gatwick and used Cophall Parking. They have proved themselves to be reliabl, friendly and efficient. The driver on this trip was particularly friendly and helpful. We had a 10 hour delay on our return flight, which they responded to faultlessly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

as usual parking at cophall was a seamless experience, very pleasant and efficient staff. the only criticism I have is that whoever parked my car had very muddy feet and it was not a pleasant experience to come home to the footwell and pedals covered in mud, especially as the car had been thoroughly cleaned inside prior to my visit., but this would not deter me from using them again.

Not as good as other companies in the area. Lack of help parking car on arrival. We checked in and were to told to wait for transport to the airport. The buses were very small and could not take many passengers we were left waiting while other people went I had to chase up reception to make sure we went on the next bus as we were getting close to our departure time. Would not use this place again.

As usual very efficient booking in, mini bus waiting to take myself and other passengers to Gatwick, dropped off in the correct bus parking lot and told where to be collected, on my return I phoned in and it was not long before a mini bus came to pickup myself and four other passengers, the system was so efficient the mini bus had other collections and there was just room for the five of us, very impressed, car was waiting on my return and the girl in the office could tell me exactly where my car was.

Out trip as good as usual but a bit of a problem on the home leg. Cophall message was very quiet [couldn't decipher] when we phoned in from north terminal but volume good when we spoke to the 'desk'. First on bus after 15 min wait then another few minutes for another passenger but then round to south terminal for a longish wait for a couple who may well have phoned in before retrieving bags ... so best part of 40 mins from phone answering to return to base. Always been considerably better before.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
