Have used this several times and always been satisfied with the service. Cars are kept on site so no worry that they are driven to side streets etc. Entrance and exit was easy and quick and bus transfer was fine

Overall good service. Directions to parking site excellent. Easy transaction handing over keys only waited a few minutes for mini bus to airport. Drop off at north terminal very close. On arrival back it wasn't made very clear that we must ring up to inform of your arrival as when waiting at bus stop and mini buses turning up they would only take people that had rung up even though you was going to the same parking site.

Have used Cophall Parking again and again. Always happy with the service. Check in process is swift. Car is well cared for. Gatwick transfer is efficient and drivers mostly are friendly. Handy location for me as they are east of the M23. As I am in North Kent I can arrive and depart via A22, thus avoiding the M23 altogether. Will continue to use Cophall Parking.

Everything fine except on arrival they could not find my booking. They searched via registration number and address but no avail.They said because I went thro an agent they hadn't sent stuff through. I had to show the email sent to me on my phone before they could do anything.

Brilliant service and so convenient! My family and I use this service every year and have done for the past 5 years or more without fail when travelling from Gatwick airport. The majority of the staff, both drivers and receptionists are very friendly and helpful and we have never had any issues with this service! The service is very efficiently run and mini buses are also quick to arrive when you let them know you have arrived back at the airport! I have used this carpark twice this July and August, with my family once and my boyfriend the other. Stupidly, on my second visit i booked the carpark until the 8th (when we left our destination) but we actually arrived home on the 9th at 1am... my mistake...! However, we were politely notified of this upon arrival back to the carpark and were only charged an extra £10 for the extra 24 hours that we overstayed... we were very apologetic but the receptionists were lovely about it and we were also given a discount voucher for our next booking at Cophall Parking!! I would definitely recommend this carpark when traveling from Gatwick airport. Great service at a great price!! See you again next year Cophall Parking!:-)

fast and efficient.Allows you to arrive early and you can still go to flight.One point why do you send out a coach to pick up 3 people and then another 10 mins later to pick up the next 3 people.Why not wait and send one coach picking up 6 people.Seems rather uneconomical?.

Car was parked in their car park for two weeks and a short bus ride of about 10 minutes to the airport in my opinion it is efficient I was happy to have my car park there when we got back called them waited for about 10 minutes we were picked up driven back to their car park collected my car and drove home.

We have used Cophall parking for many years and have never been disappointed. They have expanded over the years and are very efficient with pleasant staff. We have very little wait for pick up and the drivers are (for the most part) exceeding friendly and helpful, The last one was dour and didn't say a word.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
