What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Very good and reliable service, I have used on numerous ocaisions. But the popularity of this service may be its down fall, on return from our recent trip 11/06/16 we followed the procedure as instructed "made the phone call once we had collected our baggage and exited the terminal. Asked to make our way to bus stop 6/7 we were the only persons at these stops, waited for 10 minutes and were joined by other people (10-15) that had booked with you. On the arrival of the mini bus it was "mobbed" my wife asked the driver to call the office to ask who the transport was booked for, fortunately it was for myself and family (6) and 1 other couple. This you can imagine angered some people, this can be avoided if the driver is prepared with passengers names to avoid the stampede.

Always efficient with booking and handling reservation on arrival, mini bus drivers always helpful and polite, however they need more mini buses at time of flight arrivals as I had to wait for the third mini bus before I could be taken back to car parking.

Once again very good service. Only negative matter is that always find that the drivers seat has been pushed right the way back for taking to parking compound and return to pick-up area. It would be good for it to be set back to original position. Many thanks.

Good dependable service. Just a trifle slow on the way out because they were super busy. We waited about 20 mins for a bus but that's fine on the odd occasion..... They do recommend getting to them 30 mins before check-on time. About a 20 mins wait on the way home. We will use them again

Simplicity itself, from the start when making the reservation on-line, confirmation statement with detailed instruction how to get to the car park, helpful & courteous staff to receive the car and transport us to the airport, the same upon our return. Pleased that I have made further reservations to park my car at Gatwick booking through FHR, also like to add FHR have offered the most competitive rates on comparison websites recently

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
