What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

On the whole, the service was excellent. No waiting, clear instructions, smooth driving, great. It would help a lot if distances from the departure/arrival doors to bus stops at the airport are made clear for those with mobility problems. We were very close to the departure doors for our outbound journey but on our return, the walk from the arrival doors to bus stop 6/7 was quite long for somebody on crutches.

We were very satisfied with our recent airport parking service experience. We hardly waited any time at all either being taken or collected from Garwick South Terminal. The ladies on our return were very jolly but also efficient. The driver was very careful and helpful, he also lifted our case into the boot area for us. We will certainly use Copthorne again. Thank you.

Have used Cophall Parking on many occasions, and always find it easy to book on line, staff are friendly and welcoming when arriving at the car park. They advise you of the procedure on returning to Gatwick . The Transport was there within 20m minutes of making the call to say we had come through Customs. The driver was friendly, helpful and enquired if we had had a enjoyable holiday

Waited just a little bit longer than we would have liked on our return. Reason beiing another couple were in the terminal so the van waited for them. However we would use again as the price was very good.

We mostly park at Cophill Parking when we fly from Gatwick. Very reliable and best of all, no struggling to get ourselves plus suitcases on & off the bus, as the suitcases are stored for us. And transfer to and from airport with minimum waiting involved.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
