What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The check-in and check-out service was excellent, as were the drivers. However, the location was slightly further out that I had thought and the bus dropped off at North terminal first (I was South), so this added to the overall journey time.

Very professional, well organised. We decided to pay extra for meet and greet on our return. The driver was so helpful and told us about the traffic jam on the M23 . Without his advice we would have spent ages in a jam!

The staff were great when we booked (especially as we put the wrong time and had to change) and dropped us off no problem at the airport. However, when we came back they said the driver would be 15 minutes but he arrived after half an hour (we weren't given an explanation but I overheard him talking to another passenger saying he'd gone to the other terminal to wait for her there as he thought she had said South terminal but we flew into North). otherwise the operation was smooth and easy

Very efficient & extremely welcoming staff. They did everything loaded our bags onto the van & transported us to the airport in 10 mins. Highly recommend it especially for camper vans:) I will be booking with them again.

Generally speaking, I do not have time to write reviews but exceptional service deserves recognition. Cophall Parking was the cheapest off-airport parking we could find (travelling in Nov 2015). The service was flawless, from the booking confirmation, friendly check in staff, fast transfer to the airport and a mini bus waiting for us as we left the terminal on the way home. We dropped the car right outside reception and it was waiting for us again in the same spot when we returned. No hunting for your car in a massive car park in the cold, wet and dark. This company is highly recommended and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
