What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Absolutely no problems, staff had all of my details on arrival and signing in took less than 5 mins. We had to wait about 10 mins for the next transfer coach - but then there were 5 of us with 5 large bags so this was understandable. On our return, there was about a 10-15 wait for the return coach but again, signing out was quick and efficient and we were ready to leave within 10 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Was very pleased with the outbound service, dropped off with no problems, drivers were excellent. On the way back, the driver picked up within 15mins and then was extremely courteous and friendly however, when we got back to the car one side of the car was covered in mud. We gave this the benefit of the doubt and didn't report due to the weather, but when we got home and looked at it in the daylight it looked more like someone had been skidding in muddy puddles in the car. When later on we had to wash it (company I work for would not have been impressed) we found a scratch under the mud, which we could do nothing about due to not reporting it at the time. Would use company again but will be very careful about inspecting the car again before we leave the compound.

Everything was smooth and we didn't find any problems from the service provision. The instruction to find the car park was clear and easy. Also, the link between the car park and the airport terminals was smooth and quick. A coach arrived at the terminal very quick and we didn't have to wait at all.

Very impressed with the efficiency. Was on our way to airport within 5 minutes of parking car, even at 02:00 am. Same on return, phoned to advise we had collected luggage and was advised of bus stop pick up point. Arrived at bus stop the same time has the bus pulled up.

When arriving we were served straight away and dealt with promptly. Was then immediately taken to the Airport. Upon arrival, we were picked up within 1 minute of us arriving at the designated Bus Stop and our car was waiting when we arrived. An excellent service. Cophall Parking Garage was all that it says it is, and, as before, we were very pleased with it. A bus taking us to the airport left promptly after we arrived, and another came for us after we phoned the garage to inform them of our return. We have used it before, & will certainly do so again when we next fly from Gatwick.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
