What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

A quick transfer to the airport with no waiting aroundo and also the case on my return. Car was in same condition as I left it. Staff polite and helpful. Would use again and also recommend to family and friends.

Very good , in fact couldn't be better. We used Cophall Parking 3/4 times last year and are set to use them 5times this year. The transport buses are very regular, with pleasant drivers. They have had a remodelling of the reception area and are so efficient.

Quick check in and a couple of minutes later we were in the transfer vehicle. On return we phoned to say we had arrived and by the time we reached the bus stop our transfer vehicle was there with a most obliging driver despite the aweful weather. Excellant service and if the minibus was more comfortable I would give it 5 stars.

My fifth time with Cophall . I used to use APH , but prefer Cophall as cheaper and smaller so a bit more personable . I live near Uckfield so for off airport parking it is convenient as Cophall and APH are on my route . I would probably use a different company if I lived west of Gatwick .

The process to leave the car and get it back is perfect and fast. It is not difficult to find the car park either if you follow the instructions. There is a clear sign on the road. However, one must be aware that it is a good 10-15 drive to the airport, and time must be allocated for the shuttle to show up. There can be traffic too. For the price, it is probably the best option, but if you are tight on time, I would try the meet&greet (though obviously dearer).

I was impressed with everything, from the emails, directions, and booking in, 'with a smile!' When I returned, I called in as requested, and was picked up quickly, and found my car sitting outside the reception waiting for me, which was a first, as you usually have to walk to where it is parked, which isn't always easy to find in the dark! Very impressed, will use you again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
