What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The service was marred by the long wait for the minibus on my return journey. Although I was told the minibus was just leaving the carpark and would arrive in ten minutes, I had to wait a half hour. When the bus arrived it only had room for 5 passengers which meant that one couple had to split up or wait longer for another bus. Why can't the call answering service make more accurate estimations of how long the pick up will take?

I have used this park a few times now and found them to be an excellent choice The staff are all friendly and the transfer to the airport and returning very good with minimal waiting times Well worth a try !!!!

We booked a 4 star service and received that or better. Drop off was simple and efficient as was pick up. Polite drivers. I checked mileage and fuel, owing reports of off site parking. Mine were ok. Recommend - good price

We liked the fact that we didn't have to struggle with cases into your transport as we have to do with Airparks. Drivers were courteous and we didn't have to wait long for transport to arrive. we would definitely recommend your service to friends and we would use you again.

About the 4th time having used Cophall parking. Friendly staff and very efficient. Bus is almost always ready to go from both parking lot and airport. No more than 10 minutes transfer time. I now always try to avoid all other airports and prefer to fly from Gatwick just so I can use Cophall. Recommended.

This will be about the third time of using Cophall Parking Gatwick, and have been fully satisfied every time. My only concern is with finding the site in the dark, although it should be easy my sat-nav (Garmin) wanted to send me down an alley in the opposite direction, so maybe a couple local of sign posts could be useful here, otherwise everything is run very smoothly from parking up and being delivered to the appropriate terminal to being collected from the airport and returned to the site where my car was waiting just a few yards from the reception. It couldn't have been easier. It certainly beats driving to the airport car parks, then having to drive round to find a parking space, look for the bus stop, remember the zone etc and then having to do the whole thing in reverse when you get back, and if it's cold and wet, who wants to traipse round a large car park looking for your car after enjoying a nice holiday? Cophall Parking will be at the top of my list again next time.

Have used Cophall Parking several times before. Once again came up with a competitive price. Booked and paid online. Needed to make a change of vehicle which was handled quickly and efficiently. Drop off and collection went very smoothly with a prompt pick up on return as we had cabin baggage only this trip. Would definitely recommend.

Not only probably the cheapest parking but always good when you arrive home and walk past queues of people waiting to be picked up by other shuttles straight into your bus. My only concern is that if too many people realise what a great service this is, it may become a lot busier!!!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
