Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

Unfortunately the return journey took an hour to get the car back which in the night in the freezing cold, after being told it would only take 15 mins was less than ideal. If we had been told that it would take this long we could have waited inside until closer to the time.

Dropping car off and being taken to the airport went like a dream. Arrival at Gatwick North and waiting for delivery of our car after our holiday, however, wasnt as good. After waiting for half hour we called again only to be told the delay could be due to traffic. When car was finally dropped off to us, and we drove away, traffic around Gatwick was not at all busy.

Simply brilliant. By a country mile the best airport parking service I've ever used. We parked easily and close to the airport following the detailed instructions sent in our confirmation email. It was the early hours of the morning, but even so, everyone was happy, helpful and smiling. Car left and on the transfer bus in a few minutes. The friendly driver chatted all the way to the airport drop-off, which we like. He reiterated the return procedure before leaving us right at the departure lifts, advising us to take a picture on a phone of the return collection details in case the slip of paper got lost or packed in our cases. On return, we called the given number as soon as we cleared customs, and by the time we'd reached the meeting point our car was there, ticking over, warmed up and ready to go. The delivery guy was full of jokes, too - a great welcome back. Would use again in a heartbeat. Well done to everyone concerned. You've set the standard for others to aspire to. Don't change a thing, PLEASE!

I am very happy with the service from start to finish. Very professional. Both Drivers were brilliant. Alan the driver that drop off there car was very professional when returning my car .Will highly recommend them to everyone . Will use them over and over again in the future when I travel .

Absolutely fantastic service and to our amazement our car was waiting for us before we had even got out of the airport! Very efficient and prompt and professional service. I have used alot of different airport parking companies over the years and the FHR one way meet and greet is by far my best experience. Highly recommend this service and the car park is literally only 3 mins away as advertised. Will definitely be rebooking again soon. 5 star.

Great location only two minutes from the terminals. Staff are friendly and helpful. No hanging around with the on demand transfer to terminal and the car was returned to the North terminal collection point within minutes of calling. Excellent service, Would recommend and will use whenever travelling through Gatwich

Directions for FHR One Way Return Meet

Parking provided by I Love Parking

directions:

Drive to the car park and take the 2-3 minute transfer to the terminal.

On return your car will be bought to your return terminal so you can drive straight home.

Driving directions to the car park:

Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport.
Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23.
At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road.
The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of the Travelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left with green fencing.
Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.

Drive through the gates, turning left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop. Then check in at reception.

Contact number the number on your confirmation (option 1) to contact the reception should you need help with directions. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal. Emergency contact number the number on your confirmation . I Love Park and Ride Ltd operates this service.


We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

On return:

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.


North terminal - inbound
To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

Cars are stored in one of five compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
