Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

directions:

Drive to the car park and take the 2-3 minute transfer to the terminal.

On return your car will be bought to your return terminal so you can drive straight home.

Driving directions to the car park:

Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport.
Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23.
At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road.
The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of the Travelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left with green fencing.
Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.

Drive through the gates, turning left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop. Then check in at reception.

Contact number the number on your confirmation (option 1) to contact the reception should you need help with directions. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal. On return:

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.


North terminal - inbound
To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

Cars are stored in one of five compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
