Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

They should be called Perfect parking. We had a drop off at their cap park with greet on return. Went exactly to plan with military precision. Dropped car off and left immediately - just us, no waiting for bus to fill up - fir the airport. In return, we called them as requested and the car was delivered to us as we arrived at the collection point in the airport. Absolutely perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a very positive, straightforward experience. Was very easy to locate the drop off point, then, with no waiting around, we were dropped off at South terminal. We returned to North terminal, where our car was delivered. Friendly and professional service from all involved, would definitely recommend and use again.

Our flight was cancelled at short notice. It was impossible to change the parking booking for the following day and I was advised to contact the company directly. The policy requires 48h notice. Given that many flights are cancelled at last minute, this is not helpful. The company was helpful. The drop off was delayed but the pick up was great.

Faultless. Easy booking, the directions to find the car park are clear and simple. The phone numbers are also easy to reach. The car drop off process took about 5 minutes in total before I was transferred to the airport. I had to change my return flight which meant I was going to be arriving back a day earlier. I managed to get in touch with them the day before I was due to arrive and they amended it on their system easily. On arrival, my car was dropped off within 10 minutes of me being outside the airport, simple handover. I hadn't done a meet and greet before so was apprehensive but these guys were brilliant. All lovely and a seamless service. Will be booking again in the next couple of weeks with confidence.

Excellent service right from dropping off the car, immediately transporting us at the airport, and checking our tyres etc before delivering our car to the airport on our return. Lovely also to step out of the airport at -1'C into a ready warmed car for a long drive home.

Directions for FHR One Way Return Meet

directions:

Drive to the car park and take the 2-3 minute transfer to the terminal.

On return your car will be bought to your return terminal so you can drive straight home.

Driving directions to the car park:

Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport.
Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23.
At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road.
The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of the Travelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left with green fencing.
Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.

Drive through the gates, turning left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop. Then check in at reception.

Contact number the number on your confirmation (option 1) to contact the reception should you need help with directions. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal. Emergency contact number the number on your confirmation . I Love Park and Ride Ltd operates this service.


We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

On return:

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.


North terminal - inbound
To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

Cars are stored in one of five compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
