Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL: GIVE US A CALL ON OUR 24/7 NUMBER the number on your confirmation7. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Meet and Greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car is stored in a secure compound a short distance away from the airport. 24 hour surveillance, coded security gates

we were met immediately we arrived in the short stay car park. On return we landed early but the car was there within five minutes or so of our arriving at the pick up point. All staff were very friendly an courteous.

Took quite a while to answer the phone on route to Gatwick South Terminal (which is a pain when you're alone in the car). Easy enough delivery of the car, with someone waiting when I arrived. Called once I'd picked up my luggage, then walked over to the Orange Car Park. 25 minutes from calling to actually seeing my car arrive; a little longer than I'm happy with, plus I then had to wait whilst the driver sorted someone else out and he then got the car parking ticket sorted (approx 35 minutes in the end). Would I use Sure Parking Meet and Greet again, yes, as long as the price was right.

Drop off was brilliantly painless and the reason we love meet and greet so much. We haven't used Sure before but the price was so good so we decided to use them despite some iffy reviews regarding pick-up times. Unfortunately we did experience a big delay when picking up the car on return (50 mins instead of 20-25) which isn't great after a long day of travel with two little ones. I would suggest calling them well in advance of picking up luggage. We probably would use them again (price) but will take into account the long wait.

Excellent. With good BA charter flight and fast Gatwick luggage handling we were 30 mins early but phoned for car and it was arriving in the car park as we got there. Great service.

The web site was easy to navigate and it was easy to book our meet and greet parking. There was no problem with dropping off our car and FHR and Sure parking were most helpful on change of date. However, on return to Gatwick the service was totally unacceptable. I rang as directed once we had collected our luggage. The person on the phione confirmed that we should go to teh orange car park 3 floor 1 where we had origiannly left teh car and that they would meet us in 10 minutes. After 35 minutes wait a car drew up with a sure driver and I asked about my car. He then rang the office to find that my car had been sent to North Terminal. After 47 minutes my car eventually turned up. The booking clearly stated South Terminal so I cannot see why this mistake happened causing a great delay in our return home. I was not sure whether to give 2 or 3 stars for this review bu decided on 3 stars because the collection of the car at the beginning of the holiday was smooth and there was no damage to the car.

A very good service, we were welcome on arrival. No problems checking the car in with the officer on duty. On our return the car was ready and waiting for us in the car park. A super service I would recommend to anyone.

VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE on arrival despite calling ahead and speaking with the driver. When we arrived at the car park we had to remove traffic cones to enter as it was unattended. We then waited nearly 10 minutes during which time we rang the given mobile number 3 times; twice it rang out and once it was picked up then immediately hung up. Consequently, I then had to go looking for someone. At the other end of the parking is a smoking area for various drivers, this is where I found ours. There was no apology or acknowledgement of any kind, he was brusque and obviously felt that we could wait on his convenience - totally UNACCEPTABLE. Upon our return, a different driver returned our car 5 minutes after our arrival at the car park, which is the type of professional service that we expect, and because of that I have rated them 2 stars instead of 1.

Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded Orange Jackets. Our meet and greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you. You wll have to leave your keys with the chauffeur.

Directions to Airport Terminals

For SOUTH TERMINAL: When approaching the South Terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.

For NORTH TERMINAL: When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of CAR PARK 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

Sure Parking staff are stationed everyday at the meeting point from 04:00 till 23:00

Please note: That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Questions

Do you provide a SOUTH Terminal Drop and Collection Service? Sure Meet and Greet is available at both North and South Terminal.
My van is 2.1 Meter High can I still book parking with you There is no height restriction at the car park. However, if the van is a long wheel base you will need to book through ourselves as you may be charged for two spaces.
