Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. Flying Scot has now been established for 30 years making it the longest serving car park at Glasgow Airport. There is no height restriction. Booking very easy. Car drop off quick and efficient and 5 minute journey time to airport. Coming back experience not so good as ourselves and about 10 other passengers had to wait about 15 minutes for the pickup coach to appear. What's the point of asking your flight number (and obviously the other passengers) gave the same flight number, then waiting for me to phone them to say we had arrived. Surely they should have known the flight had landed as it's only 5 minutes away, and should have been there waiting for us and the other 10 passengers.

This is my second time using Flying Scot and I have had absolutely no issues. The staff are very pleasant, the buses run promptly and the cost is much less than I would spend on a taxi both ways. I would definitely recommend them.

- Exit M8 at Junction 29

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
