The Parking service was excellent, 5 star, BUT the valet service was sadly lacking, I did not expect to come back after 4 days to have to scrape dried bird dirt off my windscreen and windows, the inside hoovering was perfunctory, and despite me asking 3 times, that no air-freshener be used it was, so I had to drive with the window open all the way back home, and I still have the window open now. Just because I have a small car does not mean I deserve a small service, but the parking aspect was excellent.

Very straightforward booking in process. Transfer bus only takes 6/7 minutes to reach airport. Return transfer also very good. Already booked for next trip away in June.

Not enough busses working to take customers back to the car park. Only 2 small 16 seater busses on the road and had a long wait for three bus loads of people to be taken before we were able to get a seat. When we left the que was over 50 people long. Was the cheapest car park but we won't be using again due to the poor organisation of the pickups.

Drove in to the yard, parked and handed over the car keys. My car was parked in the lot, my luggage was stowed in the trailer and I was on my way to the airport on the mini bus within 15 minutes. On the way back my flight had been delayed by four hours but when I landed all I had to do was place a call to the number I had been given and walk down to the bus stop where the bus was waiting. Price excellent, staff polite and efficient. I will be using this service again.

When we were returned to the car park it was pouring rain. The instructions given for where our car was parked was quite vague; just a row number, which contained dozens of cars. We had to walk through puddles to eventually find our car, getting soaked in the process. Surely the fact that Flying Scot retains your car keys they could have returning passengers cars parked at the reception office.
