The only complaint we have ever had was about the speed of pick-up, especially when we returned. This time was the fastest ever , so no complaints at all

Usually this car park is fine for Glasgow airport, however on this occasion, due to the terrible weather (an hour of extremely heavy snow) the 5 minutes journey became very treacherous and it would have been good to be right at the airport already. Nobody can control the weather though so I'm not holding a grudge! We did get there in plenty of time.

Flying Scot Glasgow almost ruined a fantastic Birthday treat weekend for my wife and me! We arrived early Saturday morning, handed over our car and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the only transfer bus operating, to return to the car park and pick us up. Eight minutes later it dropped us at the airport. They don’t tell you that on their website. We made our flight by the skin of our teeth! On returning to Glasgow, we did as instructed and telephoned their office on the number provided, whilst we were walking past the luggage carrousel (we only had hand luggage). Less than five minutes later we were at the waiting bus, only to be accused in an extremely rude manner by the driver of being late! We protested but his manner suggested it was not worth pursuing. Subsequently I complained to their office once we had returned to the car park, advising them that I did not plan to ever use their service again. Sensing that we were probably talking about him, the driver appeared in the office and was amazed that we should have the temerity to be upset by his unpleasant and rude manner. For good measure he fired some more borderline aggressive shots in the direction of my wife and I, before having the good sense to depart declaring; “nay bother!” Not for him, maybe? And not for me, ever again!

On Return when we were taken back to the parking by the shuttle I was handed keys to go to bay five and warned to be careful as there was ice everywhere. No instruction was given how to get out of the car park. It was dark and time was 10.30pm. As we came out of bay 5, the sign post was pointing toward the exit. we followed that routes and we were going into another enclosure which was deserted and thich layer of ice. We tried three various possible exit-looking routes and have to come back to the main door where exit was blocked by alert triangles. Then we turned back and made another round trip and could not find exit. Obviously, I did not want to go out of the entry gate which was open. The person manning the office must have seen us going into circle but never came out off his cosy office to direct us. After struggling for 10 minutes I had to go inthe office to ask the man how to get out? He insisted that he told me that the exit bar is broken, hence I had to go out of the entrance gate, which he never told me initially. When I asked him why the exit sign is pointing in the opposite direction, he did not believe me. He did come out to see the sign but insisited the signage is correct which was unbelieveable! Its just a non-caring attitude and denying what was pretty obvious. The whole experience was very unpleasant.
