Initial transfer was good but it took 45 minutes to get return transfer. Luggage hurled into trailer. Pouring with rain when we arrived back at the car park and vert imprecise directions to car. Would have been better with individually numbered parking slots. - Unlikely to use again

Waited fifteen minutes before minibus picked us up to take us to airport. Ten minute journey to airport. Walked quite a distance from drop off point to the terminal which wasn't in main terminal building and was opposite end of airport. On return forgot to ring Flying Scot from the baggage reclaim hall and couldn't then find a Freephone in the arrivals hall or at the bus stance. Otherwise a satisfactory efficient service thank you.

We did not have to wait on the courtesy bus to transfer us to and from airport. Super service. Have used Flying Scot on numerous occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Easy access to carpark with St. Mirrens football ground close by and massive display on wall of carpark so you can see it from the football ground. Service to airport is regular and staff are efficient.

Not as well operated as some other local operators. Lackadaisical staff..disorganised..and most certainly cannot cope when numerous cars and customers arrive simultaneously..pretty mediocre but overall did what it said on the tin.

We always use the Flying Scot car park if we are flying from Glasgow We find it good value for money and the staff are always friendly and helpful without trying to sell you extras . The buses could maybe do with being a bit more comfortable and that's the only negative comment I would make about this car park . Due to the short distance from the car park to the Airport the comfort of the buses is not a big problem .

Service OK, but thought my car would have been ready waiting in load area. Had to go find car and drive to office area to load luggage. Other vendors have car waiting warmed up ready to load luggage and go.

Finding the car park was quite straightforward using the sat nav. Instructions given with the booking weren't relevant to my home. Transfers were prompt and all staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very frosty evening when we returned so it would have been nice if car lock and windscreen were defrosted.

Good service but returned to the car and it was frozen solid, couldn't get into it. Thought in minus temperatures the would have had the engine on and parked at the office like Edinburgh. Also trouble getting out as the buses were obstructing the exit road, Poor parking. Had to go via parked cars in the ice, not safe.
