Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. Flying Scot has now been established for 30 years making it the longest serving car park at Glasgow Airport. There is no height restriction. First class service. We had booked to arrive on Xmas Eve for 4 nights but decided to travel down the night before due to the weather. It was no problem to book in the night before as the car park is 24 hours. No waiting time for transport to Airport. Will use again on our next trip.

good value for money and good staff but because I was first off the plane I had to wait at the bus stop for about 20 minutes to get a pick up. There were about 20 others on the same flight using Flying Scot also

Looked after the car well but we had to wait 25 minutes in bad weather for the bus to pick us up from the airport after we phoned to say we were back. This was especially bad as my wife is disabled!

When getting picked up, only one coach was available resulting in a wait while the driver had to make three trips before our party of two got to the park. We were part of a group from only two flights! Is this the limit of your capability? It's not good enough! I will be considering my options in the future.

This is a very slick operation. You leave your car at the office with the key and they park the car for you. When you return the keys are waiting and the car is within easy walking distance from the office. No hassle in trying to find the parking slot you have been allocated or worrying about where the car key is on your return from your trip.

Service on the way there was fine. On the way back we had to wait more than 30 mins for the bus to take us to the car park. After an overnight flight this was the last thing we needed

Everything went well except on the return journey we were last to coach because of hold up with passenger transport and there was only 2 seats left at the back. There were 4 of us one with mobility problems who had to try and manouvre to the back and 2 of us, pensioners one women and one man, had to stand. Not the best way to travel back as there is nothing to hold onto if you are standing.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground

- Exit M8 at Junction 29

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
