Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. On average this was an OK experience. I've broken down the experience into 3 sections below: Arrival; the directions were clear, easy to follow and took me straight to the car park. On arrival in the car park it was not immediately obvious where to park your car however so we spent a few minutes trying to work that out. The person in the office on arrival was not the happiest sort, everything was done but it felt like she really didn't want to be there, not customer service at it's best! Transfer journeys; these were really quick and easy, at both ends we waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus. On return; a better customer service experience in as much as the chap at least threw me a smile but still not excellent, your car is parked in a row, you're told the row but not roughly where it is, when it's dark & wet lugging two heavy suitcases up the row is a bit of a faff and it would be nice if they offered to watch your bags while you found the car and brought it back to reception or even if they had the car waiting for you on return (they know who's coming back in on each bus so this wouldn't be a long stretch!) My car was fine, not damaged etc. and for the price it wasn't a bad experience but I wouldn't necessarily return unless they were the cheapest option, they didn't blow me away with the experience!

Different system here to others with keys to be handed in and flight details taken at same time Better to have been informed of this at booking and also all details collected them Removes hassle of transfers

Our only gripe was when we found the free phone in the baggage reclaim area, the number on the wall poster was different to the one on our yellow slip and the main thing was that we were just told to go to B2-5 and as soon as you come out of the exit there are yellow numbers for buses going from B1-10 which are quite widely spaced so we just kept walking between the B2-5 numbers but after waiting a while my husband walked along to where we could see other yellow numbers on the slip road behind and to the right of the exit. This turned out to be where we were supposed to be. This should be made more obvious on the phone or the driver when dropping people off should make it clear that the pick up point will be the same as the drop-off point or it should say so on the yellow slip.

Everything went smoothly on arrival - the transfer bus was waiting for us and the driver actually dropped us as close as possible to T2 at Glasgow Airport. On return, however, we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for the bus - and it was a rather less pleasant driver who picked us up! We may use this company again but are more likely to revert to one we have used before which is considerably nearer the airport.

Departure went smoothly with luggage pickup by my car parked at reception. Return pickup also went smoothly to drop off at reception. However car had been parked some rows away from reception and we had to carry 4 cases in rain soaked conditions, in the dark with poor lighting with no assistance. Access to our vehicle was possible with their minibus except on this occasion it was pulling a luggage trailer. Nevertheless having to trail our suitcases through puddles in the dark was not the service I have come to expect from Flying Scot !

There was a delay on my arrival which member of reception staff apologised for-but left me with 3mins until check in closed!!!!I made it but was a lot of running and fear and sweat!!!On the way back had to stand in the cold quite some time before pick up!!!!I use Flying Scot constantly dont normally have any complaints!Once again glad to see the bearded driver as he is always friendly helpful and informative-where as the other drives like a maniac always half asleep at the wheel and rather brash!!

- Exit M8 at Junction 29

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
