I had to wait 15 minutes on the transfer coach to come and collect me at the airport. I also expected my car to be sitting near the reception area where I left it, convenient for me to collect, this wasn't the case I had to walk down the carpark with my heavy cases.

We were most grateful to the lady on reception who speedily came to our aid when our car battery was 'dead' on return from holiday. She dealt with the matter practically and cheerfully and, to our relief, got us on our way in minutes. Please give her our grateful thanks. We will have no hesitation in using your services in the future and recommending you to family and friends. Thank you once more

The area wasn't in great condition - full of holes and bumpy. This was particularly bad after heavy rainfall.
