In spite of he fact that the service knew when my plane was landing I came out of the airport to see a transfer coach disappearing into the distance and I and two others had to wait some considerable time before we were collected. Otherwise all was fine.

had to wait along time to get picked up, the first bus came up but filled up very quickly, there was about 60 people waiting for the next bus

On return, the bus driver's witty chat on the bus was a cheering way to return home. He also gave very helpful info. re roadworks and gladly lifted everyone's case on and off the bus.

On easter Sunday there were approx 40 passengers returning to the airport at the same time. This would have been known on the database. However the park saw fit to only have 1 driver and 1 bus on that day, so if your luggage wasn't out first you had to wait. We got to the bus stop to be told the bus was full and had to wait till the driver took the first load back and then return for us and others. Not what you want after a long flight. Also when leaving we are given a piece of paper with an exit code. My piece of paper had another passengers details on the reverse, name, phone number, car reg, car type, car colour etc. I WONT BE BACK, I WOULDN'T WANT MY DETAILS HANDED OUT THIS WAY.

having used this carpark for a few years now i have to say have been very dissapointed with transfers on return flights. apparantly they only had 1 bus operating which holds 18 people but there were at least 30-40 people, which meant hanging about in cold wet conditions until the bus returned, not good when just returning from a warm country!the driver informed us they had payed off 2 drivers therefore not offering good customer service.I dont have any issues with anything else ,but feel this needs looked into if they wish to keep there clientel as everybody was not happy. thank you .

Return transport from airport took almost half an hour to arrive despite being told it would be 10 minutes. Flight arrivals are easy to check and I would have expected that this would be part of the service, especially when there were 20 people waiting. General consensus amongst those waiting was that we would park elsewhere in future.

Always great going to the airport but after arriving back for pick up it becomes a lottery with travellers trying to get on the bus first not the firms fault just the travellerswanting to get home first.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
