no problems bus drivers very pleasant for both directions, when you go to collect your car that is when I had a problem as it was parked that tight to the next vehicle i could not get in, I had to get one of my passengers who is very thin and small to bring it out for me, apart from that all was fine, but they really should leave a bit more room for access as this happened the last time i parked there

Unfortunately the service has deteriorated. Long waiting time into airport and even longer waiting time to return to car park which is entirely not what a customer wants. In excess of 25 minute wait standing at bus stop on return. That didn't include the time elapsed from the call in the baggage area. I actually called into the office inquiring when we should expect the bus, to be met with a very unprofessional frosty reply. Another group we met at bus stop said they'd called in asking where the bus was to be told that it had left 20 minutes ago! Evidently not. That group said the lady that answered their call was downright rude, as if she was doing them a favour by even sending a bus, with a comment along the lines of "..what do you expect we're actually really busy here..!" ð³ Mmm.. not satisfactory is it. They are clearly operating less buses and trying to make sure there's a full bus of people going into the airport and the same coming back hence the long delay in drop-off and pick up. I would definitely think twice about booking there again.

On arrival I stopped my car to remove my luggage next to reception. A female member of staff was extremely rude telling me not to stop my car and when I explained why she rolled her eyes in a patronising manner. I parked as she instructed me and when I went into reception again her manner left a lot to be desired. I think both female members of staff a reception were more interested in eating their breakfast rolls rather than assisting their customers. On my return the car parked next to mine was so close I was unable to open my front passenger door to enter the vehicle. Fortunately there was no damage. The driver who uplifted us at the airport on our return was extremely pleasant.

This is the 5th time we have used the services of the Flying Scot Glasgow Airport parking, it was easy to book and the directions were perfect, arrived they took your keys gave you a receipt and popped you on the bus which only took about 5 mins to get to the airport, on our return just lift the phone at the baggage re-claim and inform them you are back and the bus comes back round to pick you up, to take you back to your car couldn't be any simpler, will book again. On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.
There is no height restriction.
A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.
Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs
The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
