Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. I was very disappointed on returning to car park. It was freezing cold and just after midnight. We got told our car was in row 5 after walking in the dark for 5 minutes we returned to the office to say we couldn’t find our car. It turned out it was in row 5 at the furthest point 🤷‍♀️ It wouldn’t have been so bad in day light but hardly any lighting trailing cases trying to find a car in darkness with lots of pot holes was not the best.

A very disgraceful attitude from your desk operative, he was NOT welcoming at all. On the night he informed me that my vehicle was a long wheel base which it is not and then ask me to pay a further £5 charge , I am not bothered about the £5 charge but I put all my information on the booking and it did not tell me that there would be an extra charge. The other thing is that on that night it was during a heavy downpour and I pulled up close to your shelter to unload my luggage to keep it dry due to the office being pretty full, your desk operative came outside shouting and bauling that I shouldn't park there and had to move immediately, some common sense on a very wet night may have been in order, When the bus did come your driver was the exact opposite, he was polite , jovial and we were very impressed by his CAN DO attitude, very helpful man and an asset to your company but due to the bad manners of your desk operative I would not and my other family members will not be using this parking facility in the future.

Can't thank you enough was like an extension of Glasgow airport complex As a lone female was slightly concerned re park and ride at 5 am in the morning Arrived and relieved to find well lit premises and professional staff with a large comfortable bus to escort me the short distance to airport. The planning and communication was excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend your business . Thank you for making my parking near the airport a stress-free and comfortable experience. Also value for money, a fraction of airport terminal charges.

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
