Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Thought the service was fine. Although we did have to wait for 10 minutes when we dropped the car off, even though we had rung the driver 30 mins before we arrived at Heathrow. When we collected the car we still had to wait for at least 5 minutes for the driver to arrive at the car park. The people that collected the car and dropped it off were both very polite.

All the guys are pleasant and never leave us hanging around. They have a tendency to play with my radio yet again having complained about this in the passed. They are there to provide a service which I'm paying for not have a jolly in my car but all in all ok.

Much improved on my previous experience. Polite drivers and very little waiting around. Telephone procedures not good . Difficult to hear someone for whom English is not their first language when you are in a busy Baggage Reclaim. ONly 16 miles added to the clock which is good for Heathrow

Drop off was perfect. Quick & easy. Collection was not quite so good, as when we got to the collection point no one from the company was there. We called again & were told the car would be there in a few minutes - we've heard this so many times from meet & greet services but on this occasion it actually was only 5 minutes. Hence the 4* not 5 rating. However I would use again if the price was right.

Not up to the usual standard this time, I'm afraid. Telephone operators who are difficult to understand . On going out, I phoned at 8.20 to say I would be at Terminal 4 by 8.50. The driver finally turned up at 9.15!! Coming back we had a 15 minute wait in a dingy corner of Terminal 4 car park. Have to say that on both occasions the drivers were polite friendly and helpful

Good but not perfect. On arrival at the airport i was met by the representative who helped me with my luggage and after a survey of my car asked me to sign note. great , good and efficient. On arrival i phoned the number provided and told them i had just landed, he told me to phone again after collecting our baggage, all good. After collecting our luggage i phoned again , they then asked me to meet level 3 car park terminal 3. all good. i got to designated place but then had to wait approximately 15 minutes before my car arrived.. the driver was polite and after i had a look over the car he gave me my parking ticket. so all in all it was good but after a 12 hour flight i did not appreciate waiting around in a car park for 15 minutes.

Good service but not so happy my car came back so dirty from wherever you park it... Would be a good idea if you offered a small charge of 5/6 pounds before customers get there car back if it's quite dirty? Give it ago will improve your business I say.

everything on time, for the first time ever i had a call from yourselves making sure i was on my way. only downside, was the car was extremely dirty/dusty, the driver said it's because it's stood in a courtyard. but in all the years i have used meet and greet, my car as never come back this dirty

brilliant service. Was hesitate at first but it was a real good service. My only gripe was when I landed at Heathrow T3, I went to Car Park 3 and waited at level 1 and after 10 mins I rang them for an update and was told to go to level 3. Maybe that was my fault for not reading the instructions properly (cant remember)

We were to ring 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow , we rang many times but were put through to an answering machine right up until 5 minutes before our arrival. We then had to wait for the courier to arrive and collect our car, watching everyone else driving in and being met immediately. On our return we were to ring when we were collecting our luggage, I was told to ring back when I had actually collected it which was 5 minutes later and then I couldn't get through on the phone. We headed for the car park after managing to get through, then had to wait 25 minutes for the driver to arrive. Again we watched everyone from our flight leave immediately (their cars were there waiting for them). Too disorganised, we are used to a much better service from the more established companies. The drivers were very pleasant.

No complaints at all about the drop off and pick up. I ended up on the wrong floor at T5 but your driver soon came and sorted me out.Pick up was a very short wait and your driver was friendly with his greeting etc. My only observation was that my car travelled 28 miles whilst with you , which seems a bit high

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
