Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking

Five Star meet and greet worked well if a bit pricey compared to some of the others. Initial confirmation took a little while from the actual supplier FHR but the instructions were clear and precise. Going they were already there to collect the car and coming back, they delivered the car in about 12 minutes from my call after the baggage collection. Perhaps will use them again.

Worked like clockwork. Met at the terminal for departure and arrival and with 3 bags, a car seat and a 3 year old, we saved a lot of time and trouble for not much more cost than basic car parking.

Well worth the money. Driver contacted us 30mins before hand and was waiting for us promptly. Picked vehicle up, again a courtesy call before pickup to see how we were doing. Courteous and polite, will use service again.

Excellent service. Easy to book, everything was as described. Easy drop off at T5 in great location. Car was waiting when I arrived back. Clear communication and courteous drivers. Excellent price too. Other reviewers mentioned your car comes back dirtier than before and I would agree however this wasn't an issue for me given the overall experience (& my car was dirty on drop off anyway!!). Highly recommended.

Had to wait a short while for pick up and about 15 mins on my return. All in all no complaints but it is the longest I've ever had to wait for drop off and pick up!!!!!! Maybe I've just been lucky in the past with other companies being waiting for me at both ends of my journey. I do this quite often.

excellant service,,went well beyond the call of duty when my wife's passport was water damaged and the airline would not let her fly,, i had to fly as we were selling our villa aboard,they brought the car straight back for her and kept in touch each day while she tried to get a new one,,when she finally got her passport, they was there to meet her again at the airport again great service

First time using this service and all ok in the end although did have a few concerns on arrival as we had arrived early /it's always difficult to predict traffic on a early Monday morning. On telephoning I was told I was too early and no-one available to collect my car until the allotted time. This meant an anxious 30 minute wait in the drop off zone. No clear instructions or description as to who would be meeting me and the car - eventually I rang again to see who I should be looking for. On return I called and was told you had to make your way to level 3 of terminal 3 car park- on arriving no clear instructions of where to wait - I had to ask at an information desk. The car was fine and the service ok but I wouldn't call it 5 star meet and greet. I would However use again as would know what to do and expect.

Despite ringing 30 mins away from Airport nobody was there to meet us. Waited 10 mins then someone arrived who was virtually monosyllabic and unwelcoming. On return, again ringing early once clear of passport control I had to wait over 20 mins for car to be delivered. The driver was at least friendly and did apologise. I will go back to using a different Meet and Greet service for future trips

Took a few minutes on arrival to find the right guy, no reference to BookFHR.com, who is Edward Lloyd? could be a little more obvious! Return better, recognised on first phone call, waited a few minutes for car. So pretty stress free, well done!

Never having used this service before, I read quite a lot of reviews before booking with Five Star. The service was excellent, everything went according to plan, we called 30mins from the airport and they were waiting for us on our arrival and on our return as we were trying to contact them (went to voicemail), we received a text from them asking if we have landed. A text back confirming we had and that we would make our way to the agreed meet point, again they were there waiting for us. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Really impressed rang on the way to the airport, they new who I was by the mobile number I had supplied. I was nearly 90 minutes earlier than expected due to no traffic on the road, not a problem at all. Arrived back and while waiting in passport queue phone call from them checking I had arrived. Gave them a quick call when we had luggage. I have used a number of greet and meet services and have to say FHR were first class and I would happily recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use again.

Took a while for the pickup guy to show up, but was only waiting about ten minutes. The phone number on the booking details wasn't answered on drop off day, but had had a phone call from another number earlier that day, so used that instead. Phone call was answered fine on way back and car arrived back promptly.

This service is provided by Edward Lloyd - no Lefthand drive cars taken

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:

On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.

If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.


All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

Do you offer free cancellation?If you pay the cancellation fee waiver you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation fee waiver, subject to receiving more than the 48 hours notice from the arrival date of travel.
