Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Good service overall. I bit of a delay when I dropped the car off initially but the car was in the car park when I reached it on my return. This was much appreciated as it was the last day of half term and the airport was extremely busy.

Clear instructions about arrival however we were disappointed and became anxious as we had to wait for the driver to arrive to collect our car. Vehicle check was swift. Car was ready for us promptly on our return. It was evident that the car had been parked in or taken through mud as there were considerable mud splats just behind front wheel arches. Also rear window had a blob of something that looked like chocolate that I had to wipe off before we left the airport. However it was a very convenient way of getting into and out of the airport efficiently.

The meet, side of the operations worked well and was. Car drop of is near departures at Heathrow Terminal 5. The car was ready on return with only a short delay. However, it's not clear on the directions of how to use the service if the time of return is the scheduled flight arrival time or when one expects to clear immigration etc and arrive at the pick up point, and I'm still not sure. I was very disappointed to have dropped of a nice clean car only to pick up a car covered in mud that had clearly been driven across a wet and muddy field at speed, and there was mud in the driver and passenger footwells. I mentioned this to the 'greeter', he said I could pay extra to have the car cleaned before return. No, I expect the car to return in the same condition as it was left. If it is mistreated then it should be rectified not an opportunity to charge for more.

There isn't much to review on Parking Services but it is a bit concerning when you call a number 2-3 times before your call gets picked up especially early in the morning. I also waiting 15 minutes at the drop off point for someone to arrive and accept my car which again is not ideal. That said they were there in plenty of time when I returned home and I collected my car without any fuss.

Teething problems when the booking was amended due mto several reasons Change of Terminal from T4 to T2 This was not communicated to the company or they ignored it. Had to change car for some reason That information was with tem. The rsult was that the company driver wrnt to T4 snf then on phoning FHGR and driver came to T2.. nade us wait about and hour. The reurn was more efficient though we had to wait 15 minutes,

Used twice within a month, both times more than happy overall and the staff are polite, friendly and make the process easy. They do however have a very serious issue with not answering the phones. (answer the phones and this would have been 5 out of 5)

The directions I received were really good, pick up if car and drop off was slow. Would have expected a little help with luggage from man as I was a woman travelling in my own with a suitcase.

Excellent service. Having used them before, I knew that arriving at the time planned would help. I rang as requested and the driver was waiting as I arrived. On return, having explained that I had my bags and was walking towards the parking bay, there was some misunderstanding and I had to confirm that I had my baggage. I only had to wait around 5 minutes for the car to turn up.

OK ! When I phoned on the way to the airport they had no record of my booking through FHR and seemed to want a pretty exact arrival time despite me explaining that the M4 was subject to freezing fog and the M3 was closed and I was currently in stationery traffic. Like a couple of other reviews I've seen this appears to be a relatively new company who are just not professional yet. When I arrived at level 3 (no instructions as to where on level 3) I parked between the two lifts and waited - after about ten minutes I phoned and some guy wandered over and after the usual checks I was on my way I'm used to a more efficient service than this Return was fine and as expected apart from the driver leaving old newspaper in the foot well - great that he wanted to not get mud on the car - not great that he didn't remove it

No agent waiting for the outgoing flight. Took 15 minutes to arrive on a freezing morning (we were a little early but that not been a problem in the past). Return flight was better. We were on time but still had to wait in the cold.

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
