Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. To allow for fog, we arrived some 30 minutes early and had to wait at the entrance to the Terminal 2 carpark before being able to enter without incurring a parking charge. We then had to wait some ten minutes before a driver appeared to collect the car. On our return, we were informed that there had been a mix-up and that our car was still in the depot. We were then driven to the depot in another car (via the nearby depot where there was a change of drivers, ending up some distance from the airport in an unfamiliar part of Thorney. To be fair, the friendly driver then led us in his car back to the M4, (an otherwise difficult journey without satnav) which was kind, but the error cost us some 45 minutes delay, unwelcome after a tiring journey from overseas. The site manager was apologetic for the error, and offered us a free valet the next time we booked, but to be honest, I thought a substantial refund would have been more appropriate: the service fell far short of what is reasonably expected of a "meet and greet " service. Disappointing.

On the way out, we found ourselves arriving early due to benign traffic conditions and I was slightly surprised that the provider offered no flexibility on arrival time, even though we rang with plenty of notice. On return, the service was superb. We rang as we were leaving customs and the car was waiting when we arrived, despite the flight arriving half an hour early.

Dropping of car was awkward no stand in car park for meet and greet, Contacted contact on mobile who wanted car to be handed over outside car park. Told him I thought this was not permitted and car could have been impounded ? Made him collect from myself in car park level 3 Return was more professional

Good booking confirmation and easy to use. Disappointing that the number called on arrival was not working, we did get a call from another number, but by this time we had nearly arrived and had a mild panic about what we were going to do without having parking. Departure was smooth and staff were polite and friendly.

This service is very convenient for Heathrow as it is a short walk to check-in desks from the car park. The "greeter" was efficient and polite.The price is fair and reasonable. My only complaint is that, on this occasion, the car was returned in a filthy condition, spatted with mud, and with mud smeared on the inside door (presumably from driver entry/exit with muddy shoes). A quick check and wipe would have been nice.

This is the first time we have used this service and I can tell you it will not be my last. The service was spot on and to be able to drop your car at the airport terminal and although we had to wait about 20 mins due to unforseen circumstances out of the operators control, the pick up was very smooth. The return pick up was even better. As soon as we had picked up our luggage I rang the operator and by the time I got to the car park our car was waiting. Brilliant service and it was well worth it. We will definatey use you again. Thanks

Very good service. Ob the way to the airport i receiced a call to check if i was on time. As we approached there was an accident close to.the airport and we ended up being 30- 45mins later than we expected. The meet and greet driver was waiting for us as we entered and the driver did not complain about having to wait. He was courteous and professional. He checked over the car, completed the paperwork, helped get the trolleys and departed. Upon arrival i received a call as i was approaching passport control. The driver asked me to call again after i picked up the last piece of luggage. I did so and then went to the agreed meeting point. The driver arrived within 2 minutes. He paid for the parking ticket whilst we checked the car and after exchanging paperwork we left. The car was nice and warm on a cold wintery day which was also good. Overall a very good service and i would use again. It was thw cheapest service and only cost 62 for 11 days parking at t3 heathrow...far cheaper than most other meet and greet services. Thanks

Arrived at Heathrow Airport and the driver had phoned me whilst I was on the way to check that we were running on time. Did not have to wait long for him when I arrived. Phoned the driver on my return when I cleared Passport Control but there was no answer. Went to the car park and phoned again and this time he did answer. Waited about 20 minuets and he arrived. Everything was in order

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
