Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. We are long standing Purple Parking Meet and Greet users but changed to book Five Star Meet and Greet through FHR this time due to a great price offer I came across. Broadly speaking the service works and it was cheap so I am not complaining too much - but the service was definitely inferior to Purple. First you have to call to update progress continuously. I had to ring when I was 30 minutes from arriving, which I did - only to get delayed on the M25 meaning it took me 40 mins to do what I predicted would take me 30. As a consequence the driver was ringing me as I came under the tunnel asking where I was! I was getting there as fast I could! On landing I had to ring to say I'd landed and then again to say I had collected luggage. Despite these 2 calls, we still had to wait 10 mins for the car to actually arrive. As my daughter said - we could have been at the multi story on minibus in the time it took for the car to arrive! With Purple (I guess due to the volumes they book) there are no calls needed before or after. Finally, when it arrived back the car was FILTHY! It wasn't spotless when I dropped it off. but it looked as if it had been parked near a building site or similar, covered in dust - I had to stop before I left the car park to clean side windows and wing mirrors - I just couldn't see out of them. Not sure how the driver managed as he drove the car to us - maybe that's why he was late!

We arranged to meet at the earliest time possible which is 5am and they were there on time so no delay when flying out and when we flew back we phoned them as per instructions and they were there ready and waiting so no delay to get on our journey home. We would definitely use this company again

Worked ok - they came a bit earlier on departure when I called to say I was running early. Car seemed in the same condition on return as when I left it! The only problem was although my receipt said I was returning to a different terminal, along with the flight number, the company hadn't appreciated this so I had a 20 minute wait on return - this is not what I book meet and greet for! I hadn't checked it as my receipt for my car had the terminal number and time on it. So always double-check your return details.

Easy to book and backed up by first class service. Driver was waiting for us at the drop off location, we did phone on approach as requested and on return phoned us before I could phone them. Presumably they had seen that our flight had landed. Result was our car pulling into a parking bay at the pickup point as we exited the lift. Perfect and define toy recommended.

A story of 2 halves. Five Star were late collecting car when we dropped it off, despite us ringing up before we arrived. I belief we waited 15 minutes and had to ring again. Conversely on return, they were on time and we were waiting in wrong place. Delivery driver rang me and we then met up. He was very polite and helpful.

The service was great and very convenient. The price was very fair.I certainly enjoyed having the car warmed up and ready to go at the airport. Unfortunately the car was scratched when i picked it up and I did not notice until i got home. So my advice would be to use the service but check the car properly before you sign the receipt.

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
