Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Our Meet'n'Greet was operated via the Edward Lloyd business on this occasion; they called us while we were en-route to Heathrow T5, before we had even got around to calling them, and had a pleasant chap ready & waiting to take our car. We were not late, but he seemed keen to get away and didn't take any photos. Upon return, I called from the Baggage Reclaim and was told 15 minutes - after 25 minutes we called again and were told "he'll be with you in less than a minute"... another 5 minutes, still no car, called again...; unfortunately I hadn't correctly remembered the location for pickup and had referred instead to the confirmation email which I'd printed & kept. This tells you to go to the 4th Floor of the multi-storey, Row S (a designated M&G area), whereas our car was actually being returned to the same place as we dropped off, on the floor above! Despite this, it had still taken 26 mins for our car to be bought the car park, mid-afternoon in midweek. Moral of the story - LISTEN to the instructions (but call them as soon as you get to Passport Control, unless you anticipate delays getting out of the Terminal!) PS Car was in perfect condition and had done 14 miles in their possession. But for the price paid (late special offer) I was satisfied.

On my way to the airport the chauffeur met me there all was fine and great on my return the email states once you’ve collected your bag call the chauffeur which I did and he immediately said that I was meant to call when the plane landed so for this reason I will have to wait 20 minutes until my car arrives My car came an hour later I was waiting outside with two kids after a long trip away just to confirm I went back to my email and it stated terminal 2 call the chauffeur once you have collected your bags. I would use again as it was convenient but the email should state properly the protocol

On the day of dropping off our vehicles staff called to check in and enquired about ETA which was nice. However we were running late due to traffic, and staff then called numerous times even after we explained that we were running late. At one point staff appeared upset and hung the phone up on us. This and the numerous phone calls caused a lot of stress. On return to pick up our vehicles this went smoothly and staff communicated well.

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

Do you offer free cancellation?If you pay the cancellation fee waiver you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation fee waiver, subject to receiving more than the 48 hours notice from the arrival date of travel.
