Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What security measures does the car park have?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Very good experience. Only had to wait a few minutes both on drop off and for collection. Checked car over well and took a lot of photos when they collected it - very reassuring. Car in perfect condition on collection. Have had a few problems with other companies previously but very pleased with FHR - will definitely book with them again. The only comment I would make is that the drop off and collection were not in the car park as published but at the drop-off at departures both ways. It's actually easier for us as travellers but I've had problems before doing it here, being moved on by police. I guess this may change when the charges are introduced 1st November.

Good service - changed slightly due to Covid, in that the car gets taken off you in the outer lane (centre) rather than the car park in departures. On return, you also have to go from arrivals to departures to the same area as drop off for collection.

I have used FHR quite a lot and FHR are normally my first port of call. My recent booking was unfortunately very annoying. My annoyance stems from not receiving what I booked. I specifically wanted to use the LHR T5 short stay car park for my drop off and collection. Instead, I was asked to go to the departures drop of area for both drop off and return. Apart from the fact that I specifically wanted to use the car park as the point of contact, the area I was directed to clearly states with signage that it is not allowed to be used for anything but dropping off passengers. Clearly not for delivering a car parking service.

The driver was at the terminal to take the car within five minutes of our arrival. I understand why these meet and greet companies want to use the terminals rather than the car park. Obviously to save money on the car park fees. But I do not feel comfortable waiting outside the terminal where there are huge signs stating that pick up is prohibited. On our return the car was returned after about ten minutes of waiting. Quite acceptable. Presumably from 1st. November 2021 when terminal fees are to be introduced, it will be back to the car park ?

Excellent service, when the driver picked my car up I asked him where the Premier Inn was as I had to stay in the hotel to catch an early flight the following morning, he said don't worry I will drive you to your hotel, when I landed back in the UK I phoned him and he delivered my car to the hotel.

Overall procedure was okay dropping off was fine but when collecting the car the telephone info was not clear "Take the lift back to level 5 then the far lane passenger drop off" would have made better sense. Especially when you see signs for all "Meet and Greet on level 4" it just makes things slightly confusing.

There was a problem with the return of our car at Heathrow, and we are impressed on how hard the company worked to resolve it. Their key safe had failed and our car keys were locked inside it. They explained the situation and told us they were waiting for a technician to arrive to open the safe. I explained I had a spare set, and they immediately dispatched a car to pick us up, and take us to our car.We then drove home. They then sent our keys back to our home address by special delivery. It was not an ideal situation, but stuff happens, and they did everything they could to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. Please thank your team for taking responsibility and being so proactive.

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.
