Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation2 only when you have collected all of your luggage and the duty controller will give you further instructions.

What security measures does the car park have?

Premises is Park Mark awarded and is perimeter fenced with CCTV on entry.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

This service operates between 04:00 and 23:59 (meeting outside of these times will incur a surcharge of £25.00 payable directly to MBW) . Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. Height restrictions: Terminal 1 (Short Stay Car Park 1): 2.05m (6ft 9in), car park 1A 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

when we arrived at Terminal 5 we were dealt with straight away, no delay. in addition we asked the car be washed, it was and it was well done. On return, the car was awaiting us, so no delay in going home.

Excellent service - great price as well. Even the valeting service offered is affordable and well done. I would have given 5 stars, but I was waiting over 25 minutes for my car to be brought back. It was 10pm so no traffic issue. The helpful man at the desk was chatty though.

Excellent service! Never used a meet and greet service before, and this has exceeded my expectation! Drop off was a smooth and easy process. Phone call was answered quickly when landing to collect car and my car was ready by the time I got back to the short stay car park!! Would certainly highly recommend and use again!!

Excellent service by the team. We dropped our car at Heathrow Terminal 5. Representative desk was already manned, so no waiting. Upon return, they returned the car within minutes and the overall process was exceptionally smooth. Beats off-site parking any time. Thanks to all the team at MBW

Had to travel along the M3 in the very early morning only to discover it was closed with a complicated diversion making us late arriving. We had a phone call from MBW at the booked time checking we were on our way and were asked to phone back once on the M25 which we did. The driver was waiting for us and was very helpful. As we landed on our Sunday afternoon return we could see the congestion on the M25 and expected delays on the return of our car. Phoned after getting our luggage as instructed and made the fairly short walk to the pick up point in the short stay car park expecting a wait but our car was delivered about two minutes after we had arrived. The driver helped put our cases in the boot and was very pleasant. Excellent service.

Excellent service called 30 mins away as per instructions, a friendly guy in orange hi viz jacket came looked at car hubby took photos and took keys job done. On returning our flight was delayed just about to call them when got bags and they phoned me to ask if we had landed. Car was immediately dispatched and back with us in 15 mins. They park the car securely 7 mins away from airport x

Pretty flawless, best meet and greet I've experienced. Representatives were polite and helpful, no fuss at all. Directions were simple, and car was waiting for us when we arrived home intact and with less than 10 miles on the clock. All in all an excellent service and at a reasonable price too.

You must call us on the number on your confirmation 2 when approximately 30 minutes from reaching the terminal, and we can inform you when a uniformed MBW driver will be available. You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any damage claim. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.

IF CUSTOMERS ARRIVE MORE THAN 45 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF BOOKED TIMES WITHOUT AT LEAST 2 HOURS' NOTICE, THE FULL SHORT STAY CAR PARK COSTS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER TO PAY.
Our staff will pay for a maximum of 15 minutes of the short-stay parking.

Outbound Instructions:
Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park; as you leave the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane.
Going up the ramp, keep right into Short Stay Car Park (Do not go into the Drop-off Area), use LANE 6 into LEVEL 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in either Row A or B.
Photograph the vehicle; damage claims will not be accepted without evidence, and our staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms available on request.
Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lift lobby. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing an MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.
Inbound Instructions:
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.
The dispatch office will advise you of a time frame for delivery. If there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early or late and outside of the booked times, please be prepared to wait.
As you exit the arrival hall into the Terminal Plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left-hand lift and go up to Level 4.
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Exit the lift, cross the bridge towards the Short Stay Car Park. You will see another set of lifts, take these to LEVEL 4. As you exit the lift, you will see the MBW Desk
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.

T5 Postcode: TW6 2GA
Outbound Instructions:
Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures.
Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp, follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park LEVEL 4 (Do not go into the Drop-off Area).
Keep left, STAY LEFT, and head towards the last set of barriers. Take a ticket at the barrier, and hand this to the MBW Captain. Follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in Rows R or S.
Photograph the vehicle; damage claims will not be accepted without evidence, and our staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms available on request.
Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lift lobby. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing an MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.

As you leave the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, turn to your left, and head towards the end of the terminal.
Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero.
Turn right immediately after these and through the front door of the terminal.
As soon as you exit the door of the terminal, you will see the lifts. Take the lifts to Level 4. As you exit the lifts, turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over-stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15/£25 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. Changes to the original scheduled times for meeting or arriving which exceed 45 minutes will be chargeable at £15.00 payable to MBW. Additional costs may apply and the customer will be required to pay the short stay car parking cost. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Hi, Please wouldd you confirm this booking is amendable or cancellable? We just enquire in case of Covid.Many thanks You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or you can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. If you amend there is no charge. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
