Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call the number on your confirmation2 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.What is the pick-up procedure?
Please call the number on your confirmation2 only when you have collected all of your luggage and the duty controller will give you further instructions.What security measures does the car park have?

This service operates between 04:00 and 23:59 (meeting outside of these times will incur a surcharge of £25.00 payable directly to MBW) . Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. Overall the drop off was good, we did have to wait longer than expected for the return of car. When it did arrive the driver revved it hard before getting out and leaving engine running! It was not until we drove off did we realise why, they had obviously left the headlights on when parked up and the battery went flat and they must have jump started it,! This was obvious as the clock display was way out, the pre set radio stations were all gone, the trip monitor etc was back to set me mode. I have no problem with this but feel that we should have been informed of this by the driver. Hence only a 2 star rating!

Very disappointing as 50 minutes elapsed between the time I called having collected my baggage and the time the car eventually turned up. As a result my wife and I had to wait for 45 minutes in the cold on an early windy winter morning. I was told that the reason was that the traffic was bad, but when questioning some of the other operators coming from the same direction (for example Purple Parking) they said they had no such difficulty. Indeed there were other MBW customers whose cars seemed to arrive on time, from which I deduce a cock-up at your end.

The out going procedure was average with you having to search out the guy on the parking area. The return was at the best poor, unable to get through on the number given, then being told the car was on route, to find out after 40mins wait and to be fair getting their man at the terminal to sort things he was very pleasant and was in a position where he was was under attack from unhappy customer, my car was delivered 1 HR after ringing them, their answer being your car was blocked in because the night shift hadn't done their job of moving the vehicles, my car had done 10 miles on its return! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Delivery - fantastic. They were there ready to take the car with trollies for the luggage. A thorough check was completed. Collection - I phoned once we had the luggage as requested and was told it would be 40 minutes !! Told them that this was unacceptable and meet and greet is supposed to be quicker than that. The car arrived in 15- 20 minutes which was all OK. They had done 12 miles only which was OK. Geoff

Could be better is how I would sum up this experience. Although we called when instructed - a full 1/2 hour (at 5.00 am) to inform of our arrival there was no-one to meet and greet. We had to in fact wait and greet - and waited for 25 minutes before someone arrived. I called to check within this time to make sure I hadnt missed some information and when that person did arrive I was told it was because they were busy (really?) and no apology offered. In this time I could have parked and got the bus in to the terminal and saved myself the money and stress. The return wasnt much better either - arrive and wait even after calling when luggage collected. Rename this service Meet and Wait as that is what it is.

You must call us on the number on your confirmation 2 when approximately 30 minutes from reaching the terminal, and we can inform you when a uniformed MBW driver will be available. You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any damage claim. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.

Outbound Instructions:
Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park; as you leave the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane.
Going up the ramp, keep right into Short Stay Car Park (Do not go into the Drop-off Area), use LANE 6 into LEVEL 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in either Row A or B.
Photograph the vehicle; damage claims will not be accepted without evidence, and our staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms available on request.
Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lift lobby. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing an MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.
Inbound Instructions:
Please call the number on your confirmation 2 when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.

As you exit the arrival hall into the Terminal Plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left-hand lift and go up to Level 4.
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Outbound Instructions:
Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures.
Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp, follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park LEVEL 4 (Do not go into the Drop-off Area).
Keep left, STAY LEFT, and head towards the last set of barriers. Take a ticket at the barrier, and hand this to the MBW Captain. Follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in Rows R or S.

As soon as you exit the door of the terminal, you will see the lifts. Take the lifts to Level 4. As you exit the lifts, turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.
Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over-stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15/£25 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. Changes to the original scheduled times for meeting or arriving which exceed 45 minutes will be chargeable at £15.00 payable to MBW. Additional costs may apply and the customer will be required to pay the short stay car parking cost. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Hi, Please wouldd you confirm this booking is amendable or cancellable? We just enquire in case of Covid.Many thanks You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or you can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. If you amend there is no charge. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
