Medium paneled or windowed vans such as a VW Transporter, VW Caddy, Ford Transit or short wheel based vehicles of any description, or Large paneled or windowed vans This car park transfers to and from terminals 2,3 & 5 starting at 03.45. Transfers are by minibus, taking approx 10-15 minutes and are included in the price. Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time. The car park is well run, the staff are professional and courteous. The buses to the airport are clean with good luggage storag. I would book here again if I was flying from Heathrow.

I’ve used Purple Park & Ride a number of times over the years (previously Q-Park) and have never been disappointed. Always had excellent customer service, feel my car is secure, my car waiting for me nearby when coming off the bus. Much prefer the larger buses now, as opposed to the previous mini-buses with trailer. Will continue to use this company.

The departure point was in fact from Terminal 3. I FOUND IT INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE ENTRANCE ON THE BATH ROAD. MY SATNAVs DIRECTED ME TO THE Hotel INSIDE THE BUNDARY SO I HAD TO COME OUT AND GO DOWN THE A4 TILL I SAW PP ON THE OTHER CARRIAGEWAY. THEREWAS A SLIGHT DELAY AS I HAD MISSED THE BUS I WANTED BUT TERE WEREONLY 3 PEOPLE ON THE 0700 BUSSO THAT WAS FAST. ON RETURN (I HADHAD A FALL AND BADLY BRUISED MY HIP SO I WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR. THEASSISTANT WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE STOP POINTS AND THE SIGNS TO 22 WERE VERY POOR INDEED. DUE TO THIS I MISSED A BUS BY 40 SECS AND BECAUSE THE NEXT ONE WOULD BE CIRCA 30 MINS, IT WAS COLD AND DRIZZLING S I TOOK ABLACK CAB TO PP ATACOST OF £20. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GET HOME AT ABOUT 1130 CET. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DRAWA PRECISE MAP SO PEOPLE ARE NOT MISLED IN THEDARK LIKE I WAS. OR GET YOURSELF A POSTCODE. THE COST WAS CHEAP BUT RAISED BY THE TAXI FARE

Finding the car park was simple, they said there are often issues, so I just went for the hotel nearest. The car park was clearly labeled and very helpful staff in the reception. Jumped on a bus and went. On way back I had a 30 minute wait for the return bus. Which is what is clearly labelled, just think this could be reduced, as its a long time to wait. However, got back, and within 10 seconds I had my keys and was on the road. Fantastic service overall. Just maybe lay a few more busses on, or have a screen showing when the next one is due.

We flew back from Berlin on BA0986, which was diverted to Luton because of a combination of a false fire-alarm at Heathrow, where we were marooned for five hours by BA's catastrophic IT glitches and terrible service. We were finally dropped off by coach back at LHR T5 at midnight from a flight due to land there at 14.35, but the staff were wonderful at Purple and we were reunited with our Tiguan without delay. It was such a pleasure to be treated so well by Purple Parking.

Very efficient check in and collection. Just a bit frustrating having to wait 30 mins for a bus now it is not "on demand". We just missed one, and the next arrived 20 mins later, but then waited at the stop for a further 10 minutes.

The directions to the Purple Parking car park were very good. The gentleman on the gate was very helpful and courteous and quickly identified and corrected for me the transposed letters (my mistake) in my car registration number. He clarified for us the arrangements for our return. Due to extremely busy traffic when we landed there was a slightly longer wait than expected fort the bus on the way back but once on board the short trip back to the car park and collecting our car were very smooth. We would be happy to use this service again. Thank you.

We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.

This car park transfers to and from all terminals starting at 03.45.

Failure to comply to the above, you will be charged an additional £25 per day (subject to change)
Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the signposts for the M4 towards London.
Follow the M4 East towards Junction 3.
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right at the 3rd ext onto A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.
After approx. 1 mile, Purple Parking Park & Ride will be on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.
On Arrival: When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 12 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am to 11.40pm . If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.
