First time I have used Purple Parking since they moved from their Southall site. They seem to be a smaller organisation on Bath Road, but the service has not changed. I have always rated this airport parking company very highly, and my recent experience was again very positive, with slick service throughout. Prices have gone up quite a bit in recent years but always on a par with the competition. Search for discounts and random promotions, I managed to get 15% off In summary, peace of mind with Purple Parking who are most professional in their customer and car care.

Drop off was excellent Collection was poor. The bus took a long time to arrive. My radio station in my car had been changed, the seat moved and the heating control turned from auto to off. Someone had clearly been playing with the controls whilst the car was under Purple's care.

First time we had used Purple Parking at Heathrow and have to say we were impressed. We had to change the vehicle we were parking late the evening before and this didn't seem to be a problem at all.

Pick up from airport on return was fairly swift with helpful driver. Slight problem with wrong car keys from booth quickly resolved overall good service at great price will be back.

Parking was as expected . Slight issue with the sat nav setting and the car would not even take the address. Would use the facility again.

Simple as always. When departing bus was ready and left in less than 5 minutes. On return I phoned them as soon as I entered the terminal (no checked baggage to wait for) and the bus was waiting at the stop mentioned in the documentation. Car was ready and waiting for me back at the parking. No delays at any stage.

We were collected almost an hour after calling. We made several calls in the end as did many others who were also waiting. We are really sad that the service at this site has become worse and worse over the last few years as we have used it for many years. The driver made no apology for his late arrival and no apology was offered on our return to the car park. The driver also made a totally unnecessary diversion on the way back presumably to allow time to have our cars retrieved from storage. It was well over an hour from the time of our first call til we were back in our car.

good value especially since includes transfers difficult to find, needs to provide post code nearest to them telephone access could be better especially when calling from airport

Efficient, friendly and fast entry and exit. We have used a differnt car parking service before but found yours to be easier. The only reason I've not given you 5 stars is because the cost had increased in the two weeks I'd taken to make up my mind.

Brilliant service drop the car off on my way to dubai pick it 12 days later we were 6 hours late and and car park guys never charged extra will use again impeccable services can not fault it thnx

Easy to find, if you can navigate the bus lane which appears just before the entrance! Unfortunately I must've timed it badly because I had to wait about quarter of an hour on the minibus before being taken to the terminal, which is the longest wait I can remember having at any airport parking. It was very frustrating as I wanted to eat at the airport before my flight - so allow plenty of time. This car park serves all terminals and is the complete opposite side to terminal 5 so perhaps not the best choice for this terminal. Coming back was brilliant through - having called on landing there was a bus at the stop when I got there and we came straight back.
