This car park is the hardest to find. I read through instructions and could not find the place. I used both postcode and address, separately and together and ended up near Syon Park, MILES away from the actual car park. If you can find the place then the distance to airport and bus service was good.

Number on notice board is wrong and the bus only runs about every 40 mins. On top of that if you think you are close to terminal 5 your not. For me never again.

Excellent, efficient service. Transfers both ends were quick and hassle free. They run a good system. Take photos of your car on entry to cover both you and them. Collection upon return was simple and all the staff especially the transfer drivers were top class.

Everything went well. The booking that was made on line was easy to complete and the confirmation followed promptly. Furthermore, the parking, transfer to and transfer back from the airport also went very smoothly and there were no delays.

A very good place to park but took some finding! The sat nav directions were wrong, but we were warned about this quite correctly. However the address is also difficult to find entering the address minus the post code. Much easier to say it is next to the Premier Inn close to Heathrow airport on Bath Road. How about a map? As for the parking, it was easy, quick and efficient. Maybe having a hand to load heavy cases into the trailer would have been appreciated? The car was ready for us on return. Well done.

Follow the printed out instructions to get there and you will be fine (put in address NOT postcode to SATNAV). Return was a problem. When ringing to let them know that you are off the plane (so they can prepare you car for you) you do not speak to a human, you have to type in three sets of answers: booking ref; agree to car reg; type in terminal number... surely the booking ref links the other two? Made more difficult when you are walking with suitcase etc. I was at the bus stop by the time I had worked it all out!! Arrival at the car park there was a massive queue to get in, so we had to wait some 10 mins before our keys were returned. There are other car parks around, but not advertised through FHR.

Parking was easy to find - HOWEVER a warning that you cross a bus lane on entry to the carpark would be a great help. Bus drivers were not at all helpful in loading and unloading customer's bags into the trailer.

Fine leaving, but had to wait half an hour after getting out of the airport for the bus to arrive and all the phone lines are automated so I could not get through to anyone to find out where the bus was.

Having made a reservation for parking with Purple Parking via FHR I had an unfortunate incident occur necessitating me to cancel the booking. Although this was less than the agreed cancellation period FHR/Purple Park & Ride would not consider either a refund of postponement of my reservation. In view of this and in spite of using them on several occasions in the past would not consider their services in the future.

unfortunately we got lost finding the Car Park. Unfortunately when I rang for assistance with directions I was sent in the wrong direction....unfortunately this made us late for booking in and missing the cut off time. Also the number that is on the paperwork was answered with the informant saying that I had to get off the phone as it was a number for people to ring once they had come back to the country to get their vehicles....

Leaving the car was straightforward, with only a short delay in the transfer to Terminal 5. On return, however, we had to endure a half-hour wait in traffic fumes at the bus stop before the pick-up bus arrived to take us back to the car park. This despite having phoned to confirm our arrival as soon as clearing customs. Not a good experience.

Unfortunately we are unable to obtain a unique postcode for our car park; therefore you must enter BOTH the postcode and first line of address to arrive without delay. We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.

This car park transfers to and from all terminals starting at 03.45.
Please note Purple Parking Park and Ride cannot accept:

Failure to comply to the above, you will be charged an additional £25 per day (subject to change)
Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the signposts for the M4 towards London.
Follow the M4 East towards Junction 3.
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right at the 3rd ext onto A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.
After approx. 1 mile, Purple Parking Park & Ride will be on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.
On Arrival: When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 12 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am to 11.40pm . If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.
