Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Access to the Car Park was easy, barrier opened as soon as it recognised my registration, large area with plenty of space to park. My Wife and I went on holiday to Barcelona for 3 days knowing are car was secure. Very short walk to the Terminal. After the holiday, again a short walk to the car park, parking ticket placed into slot and barrier opened and i drove out. Reasonable price and No hassle,I will definetly be using this service again in the future.

When I first arrived home and inserted the ticket I was informed that I had overstayed and a £60 charge was due. Although my arrival back was incorrect I had payed for eight days parking and was a couple of hours short of seven days. To be fair on contacting via the button at the barrier it was sorted out there and then. Otherwise everything else went like clockwork.

When arriving to gate at car park , the camera would not recognise our car registration, there is no one there to help you. We pressed a button and we finally got let in, just pleased someone answered the call button as we would not of got in. This needs to be improved. Overall the car park is excellent and a great price. Will recommend and will use again for sure

Booking was straightforward and the man I spoke to on the chat part of the website was really helpful. We drove directly to the car park the machine recognises your registration number and gives you a card and lets you enter. It was easy to find a space and then just a short walk to departures/arrivals.You keep the card and on your return just put the card in the machine and it lets you out. Easy. The price was very reasonable too.

Easy to find, Almost next door to the airport, not more than a five minute walk. We arrived back at almost midnight to find that the car park is brilliantly lit which made finding our car easy.

this is not the first time we have used fhr and certainly won't be the last. Booking online is easy and efficient. We had no problems at the airport but even last time when the scanner did not recognise my number plate the man in the office was courteous and dealt with the matter well I would recommend fhr to anyone using airport parking.

I may have a new car by the time I come to park in July.Can I change the registration number of my vehicle without any additional charges if I book at the non refundable rate?ThanksLouiseYes we can amend the vehicle details at no extra charge even if you book the non refundable option
Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
