What is the drop-off procedure?

Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

What is the pick-up procedure?

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Very good information, directions etc. The only problem was with the car park itself. There is not a clearly marked footpath from Liverpool 1 car park to the terminal.

No problems. Easy to find and easy to enter through barrier. Nice greeting by the way. Plenty of vacant spaces and just as easy to leave at end of parking period. Would defo use again.

Car park is superb with reliable number plate technology and really very conveniently close to the airport (100m according to airport, but is nearer to 200m to the entrance - double for far end sadly...), BUT it is cheaper to leave a car for a week than it is to get a £60 parking fine for parking on the PINK lines around the airport - note the airport also uses number plate readers fixed and mobile so even stopping for a few seconds will get you a ticket. A drop off in a slightly remoter area is still available free, as is a nearer area but creeps up to £2 for 20minutes (and more).

used this airport parking 3 times before would always use in future few mins walk to terminal.Very easy booking prompt confirmation easy print out and clear instructions .We had no problems at all barrier recognised booking and able to park our car keep keys with no worries many thanks for efficient service.

unfortunately barrier didn't lift when we arrived (at four in the morning)got there eventually by pressing correct button to speak to someone.think these could be marked more clearly.other than that every thing fine and would use fhr again.

We had no problems actually making booking but on arrival I park did not have notice of our arrival. We did manage to sort as had documents with us but could only have ticket to exit issued at departure. We have used you before with no problems .

I may have a new car by the time I come to park in July.Can I change the registration number of my vehicle without any additional charges if I book at the non refundable rate?ThanksLouiseYes we can amend the vehicle details at no extra charge even if you book the non refundable option
Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
