What is the drop-off procedure?

Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

What is the pick-up procedure?

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Too expensive for what I got. Straight forward parking on arrival. Would have been better to have some indication of where the spaces where ideally. Exit worked well with no fuss and I was on my way quite nicely upon my return. It is probably more convenient and certainly cheaper to use public transport or a Taxi but my circumstances meant I needed the car immediately upon my return. I wouldn't choose this again as my preferred option in future due to the price but if needed I'd use again.

Close to terminal and within easy waling distance. On my return to the car park someone had carelessly parked across the pedestrian walkway, in the hire car area, preventing people passing with trolleys. This caused a danger to pedestrians as they had to walk in a traffic area. Otherwise all was good.

The access and exit system is very good however yesterday on our arrival it was raining. If you could put some type of covering over the pedestrian crossing that runs the length of the car park, I am sur a lot of customers would appreciate this , especially with young children.

Parking next to terminal, with good price. Check in and out should work automatically but it didn't for me. It was no problem to get in after call to parking office which is located little bit far away from parking if you need to go there. I would use it again.

The ipark is very close to the terminal. Easy to park. Automatic vehicle reg number recognition makes everything very easy and it's good value too. All worked just as it should and would recommend highly.

easy booking and reasonable rates. On getting to the gates our car was not recognized so we buzzed office who told us to take a ticket and see him in office. He could not tell us why this had happened but asked us on return to come back. On arriving back in Liverpool the man in the office gave us a fresh ticket to get out which worked. All in all the problem was dealt with well and we would have no hesitations on using yourselves again

Automatic number plate recognition didn't work for booking, so had to go to car park office to sort it all out on arrival, and had to do the same on exit to validate ticket. Slight inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Otherwise car park is convenient for terminal with only a couple of minutes walk to get there.

Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
