Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

What is the pick-up procedure?

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Easy access, short 5 minute walk to terminal. Lighting could be better for the hours of darkness. Straightforward exit via access card.

Upon arriving at I-Park barrier ,a notice informed me to wait whilst a camera identifies the make and registration of my car before ticket issued. Waited for roughly 45 seconds and with nothing happening , pressed call button for help. Still no reply after 30 or so seconds. Pressed once again and this time somebody returned the call ,asking what help he could give. Having told him I had booked to park on the site ,he asked for reference number. Having mislaid the number , I was told I could not enter without that number. Considering I was asked for all the details regarding the make, colour and registration of car ,on application, I thought that that would suffice and asked him so. But no ,I had to have the reference number. Fortunately I then remembered that as well as writing the number down, which I couldn`t find, I had also added it to new contacts on my mobile. It would be more convenient if there was a fall back if another person mislaid their reference, such as original details of the vehicle itself, as was given on application --- to allow entrance . Apart from this slight blip , service overall was satisfactory.

A bit miss leading in the description of your location. We were satisfied with the facilities and parked easily, but, if it had been raining we would have been saturated by the time we reached the terminal,you need to be more specific about where you are. The walk to terminal pathway is ready for desperate repair!

Carefree transaction, easy access and egress, 5 minute walk from airport - dropped a star just because there is no "indoor" car parking facility. Will definitely consider using I Park again :)

The car park was very convenient and we found it without any problem. On returning the information on getting out of the car park with very little wording on the booking form would make things much easier. First when we put the ticket in we were informed we needed to pay which was confusing. On contacting the office it was all sorted out quickly and were able to get on our way. Maybe this could help other customers.

A good price. The barrier raised as we we went in to the car park but not on the way out so rummaging through my bags for the reference number in the rain and dark was not good..........even though we where on time..

hi just got back from holiday and used I-park at Liverpool booked through FHR great price carpark only 100yds from terminal everything worked perfectly just remember where you put your ticket while on holiday will definitely use again

Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
