Very automated! First time I've used this facility but it was good and it worked well. I miss the personal touch but there are staff who are able to assist if needed. Cheaper than other quotes and was value for money.

Not sufficient buses for the number of passengers requiring a lift to the airparks , rang to complain told it was due to traffic not possible as the bus returned in 19 minute the intival between buses is 20 min

No record of our booking! Booking was eventually found by a member of staff, by which time the shuttle bus was full. On return the card did not work in the first machine tried. Eventually retrieved the key and proceeded to exit gate. The card could not be read. Finally released by a bus driver using his pass. Technology needs to work to be of use. Air parks not for us!

Have used this car park for more than 10 years always with excelent service. During this time I have seen great improvements to the parking area and the security on booking in. My vehicles have always been securely looked after. The bus service has always been good too and from the airport. Will continue to use this service when travelling out of Luton airport.

I invariably use your facility and would normally give you 4.5 however was somewhat disappointed this time as on collecting my car: a, it was unlocked and b, the driver's seat position was totally altered to the extent that the head rest was right up, the lumber support was adjusted right in and the seat jacked up to its limit. I appreciate a driver has to move the car but this was a bit extreme. Nonetheless I will use you again.

Excellent transfer service and reasonable pricing for 4days parking. Only one issue I had was upon returning, once car was collected the key fob with bar code needs to be kept so that barrier on exit can be opened once scanned. Whilst that works fine no mention was made of it and the key fob could be disposed of prior to arriving at barrier, thus causing a problem.

Airpark service was beyond my expectations. From begging it was very smooth, no problem with finding Airparks using Google map. On the way back we got bus from bay M which is literally outside of departure terminal. I will definitely use Airparks again. Thank you!!!

Easy to find, fast check in and check out. Our only “negative “ was a surly bus driver when we arrived at Luton and were waiting to get the bus to the return car park. He saw us running with child and cases to get the courtesy bus, waited until we were there ready to get on the bus and then shut the door in our faces and drove off!!! Charming! Otherwise a great service .

Directions for Airparks
Coming from the North (M1)Leave the M1 at junction 10
At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit from the north onto Airport Way A1081.
Keep in the left hand lane and take the slip road signposted towards St. Albans, Harpenden A1081.
You'll come out onto a roundabout where you should take the first exit onto London Road.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit signposted St Albans, Harpenden A1081.
Turn left onto the B4540, signposted Slip End and Markyate.
At the traffic lights, turn right onto Grove Road.
Take the first left onto the service road.
Airparks will be on the right after about 100 meters.
Coming from the South (M1)
Leave the M1 at junction 9.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A5183
Continue on A5183 for approximately 2 miles and at the traffic lights turn right onto B4540 (Luton Road towards Luton)
Continue on B4540 for approximately 1.5 miles into Slip End village and at the traffic lights turn left onto Grove Road.
Take the first left onto the service road.
Airparks will be on the right after about 100 meters.
Some travellers have had trouble finding Airparks with their sat navs, so we suggest you take our directions into account. If you choose to use a sat nav to get to the car park, make sure you use the full address to avoid getting lost.
On arrival:
Pull up at the entrance barrier, which will lift after a few seconds (all cars coming into the site are recorded on CCTV). Park in one of the arrivals bays, then head into the check-in building. You check yourself in using the machines - it's a very quick process, though you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. There's a member of staff on hand to help if you need it
The machine will give you a tag, which you should attach to your keys, and a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. Drop your keys in the box with the same number as the lane you've parked in. Your car will be parked for you, so just head to the waiting area and hop on the bus to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

Returning home
Catch the shuttle bus from bus bay 17 – you’ll need to show the driver your ticket. Once you’re back at the car park, head to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser – it will return your keys and tell you where your car is parked.
Then just drive to the exit barrier - you'll need to insert your ticket to scan the barcode attached to your keys, and then the barrier will lift. If you lose your ticket, you'll need to go to reception, answer some security questions, then show a photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

We normally advise our customers to give themselves 40 minutes to park at Airparks and transfer to the airport - longer during the rush hour between 4am and 8am. However, there are currently roadworks on the M1 between junctions 6a and 12, so we advise you to leave extra time for your journey to Airparks too. More information is available on the Highways Agency website.

Hi there, I'm worried about my return flight being delayed, as I don't wish to pay extra charges.I read that there is a grace period up until midnight. However, my flight isn't scheduled to land until 10pm. I noticed that if i book up until about 09:30 the following morning, the price is the same. Is it safer to do this, to avoid extra charges? And then just inform staff when I've landed?You can do that if you like, as that would cover you. However, the vehicles are bought out of the main storage compound ready for customers to collect, so I would,t add too much extra time or your car may not be bought out of the compound if you are several hours earlier
