Reviews

Luton Airport is terrible, not many hand gel dispenserd in the arrivals sections, and then outside there are no signs for the Airparks bay to wait for the bus. The bay could have been anywhere.

Very easy to find, staff friendly, did not know where to wait for bus on return thou, bus was rammed no social distancing and not everyone wearing masks l wasent advised to make a note of where car was parked when arrived, so couldnt find car on return at 2ish in morning, eventually found car battery was flat, no number to contact anyone that could help or no one around, ask a female bus driver for help which she promptly helped me out which i am very grateful for.

Loved the “keep your keys” system, meant that we know exactly where the car was on our return. Excellent. Little delay with the bus but not really a deal breaker. The bus driver was good.

Accessibility
The shuttle bus is wheelchair accessible and there are accessible parking bays, which work on a first come, first served basis. Give Airparks a call before you arrive if you need any assistance. If you need help on site, use the intercom button at the barriers or ask the Airparks team.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to Airparks.

We recommend allowing 75 minutes to park at Airparks and transfer to the airport - longer during the peak times (between 4am and 8am).

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly on + the number on your confirmation 6 to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
