What else do I need to know?

Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. There are larger spaces for longer vehicles, but you?ll need to book the Larger vehicle package for those. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by ShortRun.

Best airport parking service I've ever experienced. I was late due to traffic but I was personally driven to airport and made my flight. They also gave me great instructions to petrol station on my return and saved a big queue for the other main airport parks.

Very easy to find. Great customer service. Paperwork took 5 mins and we were off to the airport. Transfer was literally a couple of minutes. Staff were very friendly and professional. Told us exactly what to do when we returned to luton after our holiday. On arrival bback to Luton we phoned the number provided and the minibus was there to collect us almost as soon as we had walked to the meeting point. Car was parked up ready to go as we arrived at the depot. Excellent first class service and will definitely use again.

Great service! Great price! Very fast check-in and was on the minibus to the airport in minutes. Transfer took about 5 minutes and was included in the cost. Pick-up again was very quick, by the time I had phoned them outside the airport and walked to the pick-up point (4 minutes), the minibus was already there. Collection of my keys was literally seconds and my car was there waiting for me. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. 5 Stars!!!

I can't rate Central Car Storage high enough, this was the best server I have EVER had for airport parking. There was no wait when we arrived, at the car park, we literally got out of our car, handed over the cars and into the minibus. On the way back we called the car park to advise we were coming out of the airport and the bus arrived at the bus stop within 30 seconds of us arriving. When we got back to the car park, our car was waiting by the office. It was a cold evening and the car had been defrosted which was very impressive. I could not believe what exceptionally good service we received for the cost. I will definitely use Central Car Storage again

Directions for Central Car Storage

Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit onto New Airport Way, following signs for the airport.
After 2.5 miles, take a left onto the B653 towards Dunstable.
Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gipsy Lane, between the retail park and Venue 360.
At the mini-roundabout, take the second exit.
Take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout onto Kimpton Road, signposted for the Chamber of Commerce.
Take a right opposite Hayward Tyler onto the service road.
ShortRun (Central Car Storage) will be on your left.

On arrival:
When you get to the car park, park in front of the check-in building. It's on the right, inside the main gates. Offload your bags and head to the check-in building. There, you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a ticket that'll you'll need to keep with you for your return, and the staff will park your car for you. Then, just hop on the transfer bus to the airport and you'll be there in 5 minutes.

On return:
Once you have collected your luggage, call the car park on the number on your confirmation 9 to arrange for the transfer bus to collect you. You'll then need to leave the terminal, follow signs for the drop zone and look out for a black Mercedes sprinter (this will be your shuttle bus). Get the bus back to the car park and when you get back, just head to reception to hand in your ticket, collect your keys and pick up your car.

If you lose your ticket, you'll need to answer some security questions and show photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. You can't get a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, your transfers to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 0400 and 0900, 1300 and 1500 and 1700 and 1900 on other days.
