What else do I need to know?

Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. There are larger spaces for longer vehicles, but you?ll need to book the Larger vehicle package for those. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by ShortRun.

Excellent!!!!! Reception staff were very welcoming, drivers were superb!!!!! Loaded and unloaded our luggage without any delay and very courteous. Five mins in the compound on arrival and we were off to the airport which was about another 5 mins and on return after clearing customs we made the call and by the time we were outside the bus was waiting for us. On arrival back at the compound the car was outside reception and again we were away in 5 mins tops. Overall they are fantastic and I only wish we had not allowed as much extra time as we did as they are very efficient and above all a pleasure to use. We will definitely use again. Big thank you!!

I booked this service from Luton for a break with my young family. I had reservations as I normally book a meet and greet service to save any hassle on the way home. I needn't have worried as this service was first class. The yard is easy to find and only 5 minutes from the airport, no it reslly is that close. We were the only people arriving at our early hour but the staff were very friendly and helpful and we were on way to the airport in about five minutes. We were dropped right at the drop off which is as close as you can get, even with a meet and greet service, it's the same car parking area and you don't have to pay to get your car out! Upon return we were an hour early, but that was no problem and our driver was waiting for us when we come out if the terminal. A quick drive back to the yard and we were on our way home in ten minutes! Fantastic service, will definatelybr use them again if I fly from Luton.

Easy to get to. After signing in, immediately taken to airport. After landing, rang Central Car Storage and was picked up within 5 minutes. Back at car park my car was ready by reception and person waiting with my keys. Put my luggage in the car and off I went. The whole experience was easy, safe, quick and efficient, and all at a great price. Would happily use again, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to park and fly from Luton Airport.

All anyone wants is a hassle free service - whatever it is. Travelling can be stressful if you're running a bit late due to circumstances out of your control, like traffic delays. FHR made the process of getting to and from the airport easy, despite our delayed journey, and all for a bargain price! Excellent!

Directions for Central Car Storage

Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit onto New Airport Way, following signs for the airport.
After 2.5 miles, take a left onto the B653 towards Dunstable.
Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gipsy Lane, between the retail park and Venue 360.
At the mini-roundabout, take the second exit.
Take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout onto Kimpton Road, signposted for the Chamber of Commerce.
Take a right opposite Hayward Tyler onto the service road.
ShortRun (Central Car Storage) will be on your left.

On arrival:
When you get to the car park, park in front of the check-in building. It's on the right, inside the main gates. Offload your bags and head to the check-in building. There, you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a ticket that'll you'll need to keep with you for your return, and the staff will park your car for you. Then, just hop on the transfer bus to the airport and you'll be there in 5 minutes.

On return:
Once you have collected your luggage, call the car park on the number on your confirmation 9 to arrange for the transfer bus to collect you. You'll then need to leave the terminal, follow signs for the drop zone and look out for a black Mercedes sprinter (this will be your shuttle bus). Get the bus back to the car park and when you get back, just head to reception to hand in your ticket, collect your keys and pick up your car.

If you lose your ticket, you'll need to answer some security questions and show photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. You can't get a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, your transfers to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 0400 and 0900, 1300 and 1500 and 1700 and 1900 on other days.

Hi We land at 23.40 do we need to pay for the extra day incase we don't leave the terminal on time? Thanks you can put the flight landing time, you will only be charged if your flight is delayed by a few hours
