Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your printed voucher which has your booking reference number. Please allow an extra 30 minutes on arrival time for transfer at peak times,e.g.04.00-07.00 due to heavy traffic.

What else do I need to know?

Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. There are larger spaces for longer vehicles, but you?ll need to book the Larger vehicle package for those. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by ShortRun.

We arrived at 4am to a friendly and efficient welcome and speedy shuttle to the nearby airport. We came back early hours of the morning too but a phonecall from baggage area ensured our shuttle was waiting for us by the time we got outside. Our car was ready, waiting and just as we had left it for us and all for such a fantastic price. I would definately recommend and use Centrral Car Storage again Thank you

We have always used Central Car Storage, finding the service quick and easy. The staff are always polite and helpful. The location is ideal, being no more than 5 minutes away from the airport and the minibus service to and from the airport is extremely efficient. Excellent value for money.

Friendly, fast and very efficient. On return we rang the company as we left the terminal and the transport back to Central Car Storage arrived at the pick up point just as we reached it - no more than 4 or 5 minutes after phoning. Perfect!

Good value for money. A few minutes away from the airport. Only one thing I would change: when we rang for pick up following clearing customs we were told the vehicle would be with us in five minutes, but it took 15-20 minutes. More like what I would expect, but I had hoped five was correct!

Fantastic service. Was very happy how efficient and quick their customer service was. Would recommend for anyone travelling from Luton airport as it's very easy and convenient to use. Drop off and collection to and from airport was the quickest I have ever experienced.

Having used this service just 2 weeks previously & had excellent service we rebooked for our next trip. This time the experience was not as good. We waited maybe 10 - 15 minutes for the transport to the airport & another 15 minutes on our return for the pick up. (where as it was without a wait at either end of our trip last time.) Consequently we cannot give it such a strong recommendation this time.

Directions for Central Car Storage

Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit onto New Airport Way, following signs for the airport.
After 2.5 miles, take a left onto the B653 towards Dunstable.
Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gipsy Lane, between the retail park and Venue 360.
At the mini-roundabout, take the second exit.
Take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout onto Kimpton Road, signposted for the Chamber of Commerce.
Take a right opposite Hayward Tyler onto the service road.
ShortRun (Central Car Storage) will be on your left.

On arrival:
When you get to the car park, park in front of the check-in building. It's on the right, inside the main gates. Offload your bags and head to the check-in building. There, you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a ticket that'll you'll need to keep with you for your return, and the staff will park your car for you. Then, just hop on the transfer bus to the airport and you'll be there in 5 minutes.

On return:
Once you have collected your luggage, call the car park on the number on your confirmation 9 to arrange for the transfer bus to collect you. You'll then need to leave the terminal, follow signs for the drop zone and look out for a black Mercedes sprinter (this will be your shuttle bus). Get the bus back to the car park and when you get back, just head to reception to hand in your ticket, collect your keys and pick up your car.

If you lose your ticket, you'll need to answer some security questions and show photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. You can't get a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, your transfers to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 0400 and 0900, 1300 and 1500 and 1700 and 1900 on other days.

Hi We land at 23.40 do we need to pay for the extra day incase we don't leave the terminal on time? Thanks you can put the flight landing time, you will only be charged if your flight is delayed by a few hours
