remember to write down the number and row of where you leave your car, park near a bus stop and note the number. it is easy to forget when you come back.

I had been allocated Sky Park 1 from 3rd - 18th March 2013, when I arrived the car park was full therefore I was sent to T2 Longstay. When upon returning from holiday and using the plastic token,I was requested to pay £180.I was shocked to say the least as I had prepaid for parking.However when I communicated to your staff they were very helpfull and I left without having to pay.I can only assume that because I originally should have been in Skypark 1 which had the information and would have read my numberplate ,T2 did not so that was the reason I was asked to pay.I don't know whether this occurs regularly but maybe could be looked at.

I like to use Jet Parks 1&2 because they are always well priced and located so close to the airport, however i was not impressed with the return shuttle service. We waited over 30mins for a shuttle back to the car park and when it arrived it was absolutely crammed and the luggage disorganised. More frequent shuttles with more luggage storage are required. All the other airport carparks had at least 2 buses picking up/dropping off at the airport stop while we waited for the jetparks shuttle.

Had too wait over 30 minutes before a number 5 coach came, and the next arrivals pushed in which would not of been a problem if we had not waited so long but driver was lovely.

The price is great but you need to allow 30 minutes to get to the terminal or back to your car as there is always a 15 minute wait for the bus and then 10 mins tp T1. On the way back the driver stopped for a chat for 5 mins at T2 which annoyed me..

Number plate recognition didn't work on entry so had to use buzzer, but I had the booking number so that was ok. Car park well lit but could do with more tarmac. Bus was waiting at the stop when we came out of the terminal, which was wonderful on a very cold late night. My biggest worry was remembering where we'd put the token to use at the gate on our return!

Car parks are well lit, for early morning or late departures/arrivals. Rows and bus stop numbers are clearly marked.Remember to make a note.Many people returning didn't seem to know where they had parked! Buses run about every 15mins. The barrier did not recognise my number plate but I showed my paperwork at the office and all was ok. Some problems due to recent bad weather regarding large puddles as much of the car park is not tarmac.However, some really badly flooded areas were cordoned off. Have used this car park about 4 times, travelling as a single lady and find it convenient and easy to use.

Car park is poorly maintained. It was flooded and I was advised to park the furthest away you could from the entrance. The entrance was not working, barrier out of order. Had to beep to get someones attention. I did not feel my car would be safe here. It felt like I was parking on a field in the middle of nowhere. NEVER AGAIN....

Arrived at car park about 4.45am. Only waited about 5 minutes for a transfer bus and greeted by a cheerful driver. Return transfer was equally straightforward and very helpful driver. Whole process was simple and efficient. Will not hesitate to use this Car Park again.

A little confusing as to wether we were on 1 or 2 park on arrival,only an obvious attendant on one park, but will know for future. otherwise all went smoothly.

the car park area on jetpark 2 is appalling.....huge pot holes and sludge and puddles everywhere....would pay extra for on site next time....as ever the cheapest isnt always the best....

transfer coach driver had finished his shift, after dragging us all round the other terminals 2 and 3 ,he then went back to his yard to change shifts with his coleague the new driver got on the bus,to my dismay he then also took us round all the same terminals before returning to the car park no2 another tirsome drive round here till we eventually reached our car in carpark no1,(a better handover to this driver from his coleague would have been better .

We had a problem because on arrival in the dark we could not find a parking place. It was dark and raining and the water filled potholes were so deep thah I kept grounding the car as I crawled round to find a space. The car was not low, it was a VW Passat. I eventually parked in a disabled spot. I was concerned during my holiday that I might come back to a clamped car!especially as I was arriving back around midnight. Fortunately not! The shuttle bus then took 30 mins to arrive. The problem could have been solved by the attendant saying it was busy and it was ok to park in a disabled spot. Other experiences with this company have been good.

Directions for JetParks Car Park 1

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

IMPORTANT: Suitable for T2 passengers ONLY - transfers only to and from T2

Postcode- Jetparks 1: M90 5AZ

Exit the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted Terminal 2.
At the roundabout at the top of the slope, take the first exit into Enterprise Way, and then approximately 0.1 mile yards further on, turn left into Thorley Lane.
Continue down Thorley Lane, past the Etrop Grange Hotel, and the entrance to Jet Parks 1 is immediately afterwards on your left-hand side.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Entry Instructions
On arrival at the barrier, the car reg is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise (Do not press for a token). If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.

Exit Instructions
On return follow signs to Airport car park bus stops. Jet Parks buses stop at 5. If the exit barrier does not rise please press help button quote FHR and the long reference number starting with an 'M' which is just under your car details on your voucher - the staff will confirm booking and ask you to deposit the orange token. The barrier will then rise.

If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip & pin device.
If you have a query please press the intercom button.
When arriving and departing from the car park, please ensure that you have your car park booking reference to hand.

Please keep your car keys with you at all times

Bus transfers from the Car Park to the terminal buildings: Make your way to the nearest bus stop which should be clearly visible from most areas of the car park. Bus running every 15 mins, journey time approx. 5 mins.

Follow exit signs and make your way out of the arrivals lounge. Follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. Please use bus number 5.

Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in). Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.

Blue Badge parking spaces are available at all of our Jet Parks car parks. Users of these bays usually board the transfer bus before other passengers and are given seating priority and dedicated wheelchair points on board. The driver can assist you on and off the bus if required.

Help points are located at the departure entrance doors or the arrivals exit doors at each terminal should you require a wheelchair or further assistance. Alternatively please proceed to the Reception Point in the Check-in hall at departures level.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.

Mobility scooters are allowed on the transfer buses. Please advise the driver of any assistance you may require with getting the scooter on and off the bus, and they will happy to help.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
