Part of the car park had large potholes which resulting in a couple of bangs on the bottom of my vehicle - Volvo D5. This appeared to be in one section and was not really possible to navigate without a high rise 4x4.

Used JetParks 2 at Manchester and the pot holes in the carpark and very deep and really unacceptable. Arrived back after it had been raining for a couple of days and the car park drives in area J were almost impassable.

Could not find a space in Jetpark 2 and had great difficulty finding a space in Jetpark 1 so ended up leaving the car in the only space I could find in a large puddle. My flight started with two wet feet - I had not realised that I would require wellington boots to park the car for a holiday in Florida. I would not park in these car parks again and would not recommend it to others.

Everything was excellent except the actual car park. Trying to get a space was a nightmare. To many cars and not enough spaces. Some drivers parked on areas where it was impossible to get past The ground was very uneven with lots of large potholes, mud, puddles etc making it unpleasant when trying to exit from car and carry luggage to bus stop and stay dry and clean

We went to Poland and were due back early hours on Wednesday morning. As the game was potponed we were nearly 24 hours late getting back and after we explained the reason we were not sharged any extra fee. That is great customer service and will definately use them again.

transfer time from airport to car park given as every 15 mins we waited on bus 15 mins while driver stopped at terminal 1 and dissapeared for 15 mins with no explanation

We were very lucky to find a space to park,otherwise it would have taken a very long time to find a place.Why can't you put up a display sign with how many spaces are left to save people time.

Good to see the car parks have lots of stops, only negative is that it was difficult pulling cases on the gravel /pebbled ground! Tarmac and flat ground would be better

Jet 1 & 2 both easy to find and convenient for all terminals. Transfer buses are regular. I am a female, often travelling alone and find these car parks well lit for early or late arrivals. Negatives are finding a parking space - leave plenty of time!

arrived at carpark to be told I could not park there and was sent to long stay terminal 1/3. Would have been useful to be told there was a parking issue. so hence the poor customer service score. I am aware this was an upgrade but still should have been informed before since i booked so far ahead.

we parked in Jet parks 2 the ground was quite uneven and could be a problem for older customers. I only mention this as it was is a saftey matter, otherwise the service and price was fine

Excellent service - on return from a weeks holiday found I had left the interior light on draining the battery ! Within 20 mins a free jump start was provided by their on call assistance staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough !!!

Good value for money but the road surface is absolutely terrible, not good for your cars suspension, plus guy in booth by entrance could learn some communication skills failed to tell us cones are there to guide you to spaces.

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.IMPORTANT: Suitable for T2 passengers ONLY - transfers only to and from T2

Exit the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted Terminal 2.
At the roundabout at the top of the slope, take the first exit into Enterprise Way, and then approximately 0.1 mile yards further on, turn left into Thorley Lane.
Continue down Thorley Lane, past the Etrop Grange Hotel, and the entrance to Jet Parks 1 is immediately afterwards on your left-hand side.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Entry Instructions
On arrival at the barrier, the car reg is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise (Do not press for a token). If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Exit Instructions
On return follow signs to Airport car park bus stops. Jet Parks buses stop at 5. If the exit barrier does not rise please press help button quote FHR and the long reference number starting with an 'M' which is just under your car details on your voucher - the staff will confirm booking and ask you to deposit the orange token. The barrier will then rise.
If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip & pin device.
If you have a query please press the intercom button.
When arriving and departing from the car park, please ensure that you have your car park booking reference to hand.
Please keep your car keys with you at all times
Bus transfers from the Car Park to the terminal buildings: Make your way to the nearest bus stop which should be clearly visible from most areas of the car park. Bus running every 15 mins, journey time approx. 5 mins.
Follow exit signs and make your way out of the arrivals lounge. Follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. Please use bus number 5.
Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in). Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
Blue Badge parking spaces are available at all of our Jet Parks car parks. Users of these bays usually board the transfer bus before other passengers and are given seating priority and dedicated wheelchair points on board. The driver can assist you on and off the bus if required.
Help points are located at the departure entrance doors or the arrivals exit doors at each terminal should you require a wheelchair or further assistance. Alternatively please proceed to the Reception Point in the Check-in hall at departures level.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
Mobility scooters are allowed on the transfer buses. Please advise the driver of any assistance you may require with getting the scooter on and off the bus, and they will happy to help.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
