Overview
Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). Park your car, use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you while you make the short walk to the terminal.What is the pick-up procedure?
When you get back, head to reception where you dropped your car off, and collect your keys. The car park will let you know where your car is parked and members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.What security measures does the car park have?

Parking up OK found we're to go and help from your staff, on the way to collection no so good as could not find were to go no on E about from meet and greet? After walking about for 20 minutes I discovered the meet and greet on the car park, then had to find were the car had been placed parked up, needs more help to direction on were to go onece you hand your keys in so for me not so good.

It's not really a true meet and greet, more like a more convenient drop and go (because it's closer to the terminal entrance), but no issues with the service. However, useful to note that the car gets driven to an offsite car park about 4 miles away, whereas with drop and go my experience is that it stays in the onsite airport car park. It's not really a major issue but my car did get quite a lot of dust on it either from a dirty rain shower or dust from the carpark surface.

Great service on departure by the staff always polite and helpful a nice start to our holiday. Good service on arrival at Manchester airport again staff very polite at terminal two. Just to let other people arriving at Manchester terminal 2 sign for Meet and greet only has the initial M&G be careful took the wrong turn ended up pay £5.00 for one minute not very well sign posted.

Only 3 star because return system is hopeless! Drop off was fine but no clear, written instructions as to where to go and what to do when returning. Ended up riding up and down lift, in and out of car par and terminal, with 4 passengers and baggage, pushchair and a 5 year old after an overnight flight from USA, so tired and jet lagged. Why not give us some written instructions with map? Our travelling companions booked the pickup and drop off meet and greet, far simpler.

Have used FHR and Meet & Greet many times service is very good along with faculties however one feedback which I keep giving is better signage of the Meet & Greet reception on landing back in Manchester current signage is poor and not easy to follow.

Arrival was great.on return to pick up my car,the battery was flat.its a fairly new battery and was fine when I dropped it off so can only assume that something was done that drained the battery.help was called for and half an hour later there was enough power put into the battery to start it and drive home. Parked up overnight on my driveway and started no problem this morning. Not happy about the situation but very happy with the resolution.

Directions for T2 Meet & Greet - P1
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Follow signs for P1 – airport signs won't say Meet and Greet T2
Suitable for terminal 2 departures and arrivals only.
The postcode for T2 Meet & Greet - P1 is M90 4ZY
Directions from the M56:
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, follow signs for T2.
At the first roundabout take the second exit following signs to T2.
At the second roundabout (it has lots of flags on), take the second exit signposted P1.
The road bends round to the right, and after 200m you'll see the P1 car park on your left
As the road bends to the left, you'll see the entrance to the car park on your left.
Enter the car park and drive up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D).
Once on the roof, you'll be directed to the inspection area before parking your vehicle.
If you are able to enter latitude and longitude details into your Sat Nav, the following will be of use:
Latitude: 53.369421 and Longitude: -2.280241
On arrival:
Drive to the car park, following signs for P1 – airport signs won't say Meet and Greet T2. Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). On return:
When you get back, head to reception where you dropped your car off, and collect your keys. The car park will let you know where your car is parked and members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
