We are nearly eighty and the car park we had to use was about ten minutes walk trying to pull cases. There was no buses to transfer us to terminal. I don’t think I will be parking there in future

Usually very good, this time no bus service either on departure or arrival. Number plate scanners not working on exit, gone right downhill since we last flew from Newcastle. Not good families and elderly people having to hog all their belongings from the terminal to the dark carpark.

Easy to park and leave the car and within walking distance to airport. You are in control of your parking and holding on to your keys. Easy get away from car park after landing. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Easy booking. Car park good, though the free bus to take you from the car park to the terminal entrance has been taken off, so a bit of a walk in the rain with all of our luggage was a BIG inconvenience.

We had a voucher from a cancelled holiday due to Covid19. I had no problem emailing the company to let them know that I needed airport parking at a price I had seen on my dates. There was no problem at all, dates were confirmed with remainder of balance remaining kept in voucher for another time. No problem at all at the airport on entering & exiting the parking meters.

The booking process through FHR was easy as usual,but on attempting to exit the car park I was confronted with a sign on the screen asking me to pay £122 by credit card which gave me a shock. This was resolved by speaking to whoever was operating the car park and I was allowed out without a further problem.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

From there, it's a short walk to the term

When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
