The booking process with FHR was easy, and the price was competitive with other prices from offsite parking, and booking direct with Newcastle Airport. But my only criticism is that it is VERY difficult to then identify, when arriving at the very large longstay carpark, which different carparking areas have vacant spaces. Both times I have spent a long time driving round wasting time before finally finding a space. Some real-time guide would be very helpful.

a quick and easy way for parking your car. You simply pre-order and make your payment at the time of ordering. When returning to collect your car insert the card you received at the barrier on the outward journey and that's it, job done.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
