No issues at all on arrival and lift by courtesy bus to main terminal . major issues on return no courtesy bus for 32 mins 2 30 am in the morning a line of people waiting and i have used this service many times i onew their would be buses parked up Sure enough there was and a terrible attitude from a driver 8 flights arrived at the same time disgusting organisation

Although was a good price, I was concerned the money wasn’t taking from my PayPal account. I contacted them on holiday and confirmed they had received payment. However on return the card would not work and asking for payment so we had to press the help button for someone to open the gate.

The FHR booking was smooth and straight forward. Long stay car park had cones up in each direction. So we drove around one and their were spaces easily found. The price from BOOKFHR was the best around.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.

From there, it's a short walk to the term



On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.

There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
