Plenty spaces on arrival, only short wait for courtesy bus, nice to know company remembered me from previous trips and with regard to pricing found it very much value for money compared to other companies who advertise for the same product.

Booked online and it was easy as I booked 2 cars in, arriving at airport was well signed and found 2 spaces next to each other, we had a 5 minute walk to main terminal, knowing that the car is safe and secure is a good feeling when your miles away from home, will definitely be doing it again.

The only parking available for long stay when we arrived on the morning of 3 September was appalling. Massive pot holes and really rough terrain. I was not happy having to drive and park in a car park in that condition.

It's the only long stay choice at Newcastle and overpriced, yes it's convenient for the terminal but the parking spaces are too small!, it's not all asphalt and was greeted on return to a lovely chip in the drivers door of my car.

Easy to find and good size parking spaces. Very helpful and friendly customer service staff who assisted us when we misplaced our ticket on return. We also saw the staff helping two other customers one with a flat tyre and one who couldn't find their car. Overall, a positive experience. Would use again.

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
